i never thought i'd like the look of a wallet again ever since i started using cardholders but this one seems like the perfect hybrid between the two with it being so thin!
As a cardholder lover, the YSL really appeals due to its small size. I guess soon they won’t need to make wallets with slots for bills because there won’t be any bills to put inside, just cards!! I don’t like the idea of a cashless society, even though I mainly use cards… maybe i’m just old fashioned 😂

The YSL design is perfection for me. I love the direction the card slots face. I find I’m less likely to use my wallets with the card slots facing the other direction unless it’s a flap purse (Sarah wallet) or a zippy. Congratulations on almost reaching your milestone. Your videos have been so helpful over the years, you point out issues that are transferable to different bags. Hence, why I enjoy and learn from your videos despite the fact that I may not be interested in purchasing the specific bag. You helped me to curate my handbag collection and a bonus fun fact.....we both have Trini Mum’s 🇹🇹

My current wallet needs replaced, so I am leaning towards one that closes like the YSL. Mine is cloth and is now very worn and loose. The cards just fall right out 😂.

I have never tried anything from YSL and the card wallet looks adorable! Also, I love the LV card/coin holder and have a couple of them - but I know what you mean about the cards being on the outside of the coin/card holder. I find myself grabbing the Coach slim card case when I want them more secure. The Coach case reminds me of the YSL one - but not nearly as nice as yours! Thanks for sharing your beautiful piece!

I have the same colbat blue LV wallet as you (I got it after seeing your video about it) and i've been eyeing the YSL Cassandre Matelasse flap card case because I don't want to 'ruin' the LV one!
I was like Goldilocks looking for the perfect wallet that holds it all for my mini pocketbooks in the evening and my totes for day. I hated to transfer cards, license ect… each time I wanted to use a different bag. I tried full size wallets but they are to big -then the card holders were never enough, I settled on LV recto verso for a while but never loved the cards not being secure - but FINALLY I bought this YSL. I love it. The ID window and full size bill pocket plus the coin spot sold it! I’m actually thinking of buying another because I’m so worried it’ll sell out or be discontinued. I need a back-up -It’s absolutely perfect.
HI Lauren, long time follower here. I finally found this YSL today and got it in the beige color with gold hardware - so dreamy looking. And the funny part is - I just moved out of my LV card/coin holder that is the same as yours (mine is the beautiful red color and I also have it in the bright neon yellow). Going to see how this YSL feels, but I have to say, as much as I love my LV card holders, I hate that my cards are always out for all to see....which is why I decided to give this YSL a shot. Hope it makes me happy....still loving yours?
i like that ysl small wallet! ill check the price😊. thats great for small crossbody bag and for travels! i like the LV card holder as well cause it seem lighter and thinner, cards are easy to access!
Every time I get the urge to switch into a bigger wallet for a place for cash I always switch back to a card holder. This YSL one might be a great compromise. Thanks for the review.

That ysl wallet holds a ton! Omg I used to love having a little window for my ID but then realized people still prefer you take the id out and then I was like ah whatever🤪

Saint Laurent isn’t sold on the ssense site in Canada anymore 😢. I can only ever find the sunglasses now. I think it’s available to other countries though.

Love the YSL wallet. Card holders can be tricky because your cards aren’t as secure I feel.
That’s the one thing I disliked about the LV. They are in such lovely colours too but they lack enough security for my peace of mind.
