Your pain sounds like sciatica pain !!! I had it so bad when I was pregnant. I used lots of bio freeze . Lots of rest and there are a couple of yoga poses that help . Picking up heavy things flares it up for me . I hope you feel better ❤️🩹

Carrie I’ve suffered from back pain for YEARS! One thing I think helps is if you avoid gluten as it makes things worse because it causes inflammation. Everytime I eat less breads, sweets etc the back pain is less❤

Something similar happened to me in 2021, I did a slight movement and threw out my back and it didn’t get better. I woke up one morning and couldn’t stand up straight and I had a dull pain in my thighs. Went to urgent care got diagnosed with sciatica. Did PT for 10 weeks and it didn’t help but then continued to have daily back pain (still do), got another diagnosis and somehow now have a mild degenerative disc at the age of 30!?! Did four weeks of PT at the beginning of this year & was told to really build up my core strength to ease pain. So I’ve been doing low impact workouts 4-5 times a week since March and have noticed a significant improvement in my back pain. Unfortunately, I live with the pain daily now but I can manage it to some extent. I hope the pain starts to ease up on you! I wouldn’t wish back pain on anyone :( Advil has a medicine specific to back pain… highly recommend!!!
