Hey subbies! When moving into a new space, what are some things that you do that can make you feel at home quickly? Sometimes it takes me a while to get used to new living spaces. Would love to hear your thoughts! Stay safe!
If you are well located within walking distance to the centre it is not that expensive, but it isn't cheap either. Tourism + Airbnb made the rents to go up in Lisbon. But it's more or less the same in other capitals in the EU.
She gat jokes. I was thinking you will drink off a glass cup. But, I like the originality of the video. I am moving to Lisbon in few months and this video was insightful 👌
Yes I agree it is quite alot! Does add up. Portugal is more expensive than I expected. From what I've seen, the average cost of a T1 ( 1 bedroom) apartment for example in Lisbon is about 850-900 euros.

I guess once you've changed location and stay there for a period of time, you sort of get used to it. Won't necessarily feel at home though....
@@AbiWilliams12292011 Yes that is true, it does take time to get used to it.
You pay for location though…
Marques de Pombal is very, very central

€450? That's a lot.
Plus groceries each month and transportation.
It really adds up.
What's the average cost for an apartment there per month? €1200?
