I don't think format is as important in audio as in film or TV. Script format is a way for TV and film companies to separate the professionals from the amateurs, but we really don't have professionals in audio yet. If you are looking to submit to a existing show, Celtx is probably fine. About the only thing we'll reject at Icebox due to format would be a play that is clearly formatted for stage or screen. These always include visual cues which shows me the writer isn't really thinking in audible terms.
