Would be really nice if houses that costs millions of pesos can incorporate a laundry “room” which shelters your washer and dryer. I mean those front loading machines costs 30-60k each. Plus, doing your laundry during the typhoon season comfortably is a blessing!

ang tanga ng design ng mga bedrooms. pinalaki yung hallways, pinasikip naman mga bedrooms. yung hallway katabi ng master bedroom walang silbi yung corner. sana inextend na lang yung master bedroom. saka yung maliit na pinto papunta doon sa walang silbing balcony. WTH?
Its a beautiful house, but the high ceiling design took so much space off of the second floor, the bedroom size were sacrified. It could have had larger rooms with built in cabinets or even an amazing walk-in closet at the masters bedroom. But as always presello did an awesome presentation of the house. God bless you!

You are a very good real estate person...even with all the wrong design and short coming, you still could make the house beautiful...how can you have a house like that without a master bedroom walk in closet or a dual sink...?? or just a simple closet.?

it might look good, but i prefer a safer house. Less windows (gotta be careful during storms) (thieves wont break-in easily) and higher perimeter wall with sharp edges.
Lovely size of house. I'm just not used to the "glass stairs railing" or whatever you call it. It would be hard to clean. But it really looks good which makes the space look more spacious.
that uneven flooring on that bridge right at the very opening pretty much tells you how the builders didn’t really care for quality but rather a quick flip.

This is what houses should be! A welcoming 1st floor wide open space/lay -out that my kids or even grandkids could play👍
