Feelings n emotions are signs from our subconscious by a present trigger which is trying to communicate our past core wounds ( can be from childhood or generational trauma passed on ) we develop attachments with all people in our lives as per that n repeat patterns with everyone over n over if anxious attachment type n not secure . We need to reprogram our subconscious to heal our core wounds by ways like affirmations, journaling, vision boards , meditation , tapping , yoga etc . Pls explore attachment theory and ur type , so u will get lots of answers why we behave n feel the way we do without understanding the reason . Even I'm suffering from my breakup and when I was in relationship, completely forgot everything which needs to be maintained and im on my healing stage rn.
