Some much so, that she could collapse from a heart attack and nobody would notice or care. That is it. Nothing more. Nothing less. It's the same way there was a running joke about Dennis being creepy, Mac being a closeted homosexual and Charlie being a moron who drinks paint and kills rats. If you cannot understand this, then you do not understand the whole show.
