Mine were comfortable right out of the box and had no squeaking from the air bubbles. They feel good on my feet and offer a lot of support and stability.
I have the black n white pair. I love them. Mad comfy. I don't wear everyday but I think I could. Having alot of sneakers I try to keep them in rotation once a week. I definitely would get more.
Already bought a pair. In typical Air Max fashion, I felt the upper was a little snug at 1st, but pergect after a few days break in, they look great and are really comfortable. Can't ask for much more.
Best Nike I had since the 180 Air lows. The DNs I wear from out of the box, first indoors for two days then I hit the street, mountain and all. Never squeak for me. Love the shoe as is, mine was the last pair of racer blue. Love the color and everybody still asks what is that shoe. They are true to fit, mine is always US 9 so I have 9. I could have half size down first I thought but they are very comfy. The laces... could be much better they do not hold unless you double tie them but ok. All the rest the tech and air units the comfy feeling all they walking, running, jumping climbing is just one of the best Nike ever made. Btw love your vids but may be you could talk slower and the vid is 15 min, while I would cut it around 5-7 mins. But each to his own, and thanks for the nice vid as always. Would like these to be compared with the Pulse Max.
I’m an old school Air Max guy! Just turned 54 on Saturday and decided to treat myself to these, and I love them! I have tried or bought just about every Air Max Nike makes and I put these in my top 5 most comfortable! I’m hoping for an all red color…..
Dude, the 180 thing. I do not understand why the new ones will not be 100% clear on the bottom like those. I do not see how that is not being talked about more.
Those were the David Robinsons back in the day. I had a pair. Bought em myself even. Still in middle school and paid for those dogs with summer jobs. Loved those shoes. The pump could get real tight on the ankle. Like circulation cut off tight. lol
Just bought the triple black colorway this morning and have been wearing them all day. TTS and are comfortable. They will crease immediately on the inner toe and the upper material doesn’t resist water well, but I like the rubber texture bumps it adds a am97 x Kobe 6 vibe
Air force 180 pump! I had these back in the day. 1992? Got them for my birthday .Wore them so much I wore down the sole. When are they going to reissue them??
I was able to get the racer blue a week before my birthday. I actually enjoy them and their very comfortable. Already with a break in feel. I just ordered the all night yesterday
Id say it's basically about aesthetics but there are people (like me) who prefer more firm cushioning. Stuff like react or boost is just way too squishy for my foot
I always thought air units were a complete waste of time and just for looks . After buying mega expensive trainers that were foam and not air bubble I realised the air units did me a lot of good . Having hip and back issues and nerve damage down my leg into my foot foam trainers cause me so much pain and issues. I guess it's what works best for the individual .
There’s definitely a difference in feel between full foams and Air. For me I like the compromise the Air Max gives me where it’s not absolute squish but it’s still the comfortable ride. I also tend to associate foam with running shoes and I’m just not looking for that as a lifestyle. I’d wager a lot of people are like that. The Air aesthetic also doesn’t get old, IMO
Hi! I used to love cushion, boost, zoom, vans pop/ultracush, name it. But lately my feet are not reacting well to great cushions so i opted using jordan3s and recently my girl got me an uptempo. And honestly, i can feel the air unit/s. They’re firm ngl, but if u actually walk on your shoes and put miles on them, the air units are actually a somewhat balanced feel of soft and firm cushion. I maybe wrong tho. Maybe it’s really the foam on those shoes. But i doubt it haha. Coz when i try to squish the shoes with my heel or by bending them on the forefoot, i could really feel the air unit.
I like them in that color good choice. Right now I’m rocking theAsics gel cumulis 26 or however, you spell it and they are very comfortable for anyone wondering. I like the look too.
I love the launch of the shoe, looks great, and is clearly innovative. I think like the the 270, this shoe will build steam over time and honestly could become a classic air max. I think with time, Nike will hopefully put more energy into the model with collabs and colorways etc to give it lasting power. I think the model deserves it, and it is overall a very creative and cool iteration of Air Max.
I didn’t even know the particle grey color way existed. As for me, snagged a pair of All Nights for me and one for wifey on launch day. I know the tech isn’t anything new but I love the look of the DN and they’re very comfortable shoes. Soft underfoot but not overly so like say an AM97, there’s more lateral support with the DN. Upper is nice and comfy, not as snug as say an AM90.
i have the vapor max 2023 its not squicky at all except the hard rubber parts that protect the big air unit in some surfaces while you walk but other than that they are ok in road wooden floor or in the streets
Good shoe to have in the collection and something different on the market. Ive got a wide collection of nike but nice to put something on that is different to your 95s 90s etc
I have the black and white pair and I love em. I like that grey. I was waiting for an orange pair (really want a CW with the gradient thats on that swoosh panel on the grey) bu I think Ill cop these. I dont really have a gripe. As far as price goes, 160 isnt bad at all.
Pick up a second pair in the colorway used in the video. My only problem is the laces that easily undone, probably because of the toungue material used rubbing against it.
Air Max Dawn is a lot more comfortable than the Dn's. The midsole foam used is softer and has more cushion. It's got a semi-exposed big bubble unit that I think was also used on the Pre Day/Racer which is fully exposed. The Dn's felt very similar to an Air Max 90 but with a more rocker front. It's really not that innovative, it just looks more hi-tech.
Just watched a breakdown. Hes, there's no encapsulated zoom unit in this sneaker. I own this sneaker and wear it every day. Very comfortable shoe. No encapsulated zoom unit, though
I get a feeling these are going to age like milk with all that plastic all over them. I wish I could find the Book 1's though but they're nowhere to be found!
A brand new but dated technology, other then the 'walking on Air' thing, there is literally no point to Nike Air anymore what with the better engineered foams and elastomers. Nike AIr is just a fashion thing, so you may as well go original AM1's.
The upper dots are actually called "chain link" pattern. You don't seem to really know your product knowledge do you...... Just a long rant with no real info. Rose Anvil actually looks into the technology and gives a true review.
I got mine five sizes too large and they didn’t fit properly. Left a pretty bad review since they kept falling off my feet constantly and looked silly with the laces tied so tight.
Possibly the worst shoe I have ever purchased from Nike. The new technology on this shoe didn’t add any comfort. These are no more comfortable than a pair of Air Max 95’s. Feels like you’re leaning forward in them too.
Why are we talking like this is a new technology, Reebok did dynamax (DMX) cushioning back in the 90’s, same concept. This is nothing new and it’s nothing revolutionary it was tried and it didn’t work, this is just Nike’s superior marketing not their superior technology.
Foot Doc Zach cut these in half and they're pretty much just normal Air Max. The whole dynamic thing is a gimmick. No forefoot air is a massive let down as well.
I keep having to skip him talking about the fucking color for him to get to the pros and cons. We CAN SEE. we don't need you to describe the colors, we're not blind.
I use it around 4 month and it have problem inside, around 5th fingers in both shoes. Worthest ever quality in sneakers what i have in a life. I never buy again Nike
If this fucking guy compares it to the 270 one more time. 270s are a school teacher shoe lol. I also hate airmax90s. Dopeboys rocc 95s, tns, and cortez fasho, and dunks.
I would never buy them shoes especially at $160. Them shoes are ugly with a four bubble design man what is up with the engineers at Nike? They also look cheaply made I don't understand why people like them. Ugly shoes with a good amount of inflation.
Mine were comfortable right out of the box and had no squeaking from the air bubbles. They feel good on my feet and offer a lot of support and stability.
What do you think about them? Are they comfortable to run in?
I have the black n white pair. I love them. Mad comfy. I don't wear everyday but I think I could. Having alot of sneakers I try to keep them in rotation once a week. I definitely would get more.
Already bought a pair. In typical Air Max fashion, I felt the upper was a little snug at 1st, but pergect after a few days break in, they look great and are really comfortable.

True to size or go half size up?
I got a pair for Father’s Day as a gift, wore them for a few hours and instantly realized how comfortable they are.
Air force 180 pump! I had these back in the day. 1992? Got them for my birthday .Wore them so much I wore down the sole. When are they going to reissue them??
Loved these! the David Robinsons!
@@dchang925 yes! Also seen in white men can't jump
I was able to get the racer blue a week before my birthday. I actually enjoy them and their very comfortable. Already with a break in feel. I just ordered the all night yesterday
What are they like for working on your feet (nurse/doctor)? What are they like for running in? Would you recommend something else instead?
I remember David Robinson wearing the Air Force 180 back in the good old days
Just purchased the university red and love them think I can get over my 270 faze now with these 😁
Alphafly 3 review is going to be awesome! Love seeing the race day shoes from a casual perspective!
LOVE MY PAIR SO FAR ABOUT AB 3 WEEKS. No comfortability issues imo, there is def some squeaking from the heel air units tho
Looks like the Air Max Deluxe uppers. This is a super sick shoe and I appreciate the update! 👍
He didn't even know the upper pattern is called "chainlink" innovate by miniswoosh at Nike, British designer.....
How does this show compare to the Nike air max 270 in terms of comfort?
Pretty much the same I would say and I love my 270s but I’m loving the university red dn’s
What is even the purpose of air units now that we have actually comfortable foam? Is it just aesthetics?
Id say it's basically about aesthetics but there are people (like me) who prefer more firm cushioning. Stuff like react or boost is just way too squishy for my foot
There is some tech but honestly to me its a gimmick foams are so much better now than air tech

I saw some reviews say they quack when you walk, did your have that issue?
Just got 2 extra pairs , very comfortable I'm impressed
Looking at getting a pair tomorrow in Laser Orange!
Nice looking air max but that price point needs to come down from $160
Can’t wait for the review of the Alphafly 3!!!!

The commercial makes it seem like the air bubbles light up
True size or must up?

Gonna get some because my postcode here starts with a DN, I know I’m absolutely lame, 😂.
Its on sale right now! Got mine for 103!
Hey it comes in a size 17 mens,Love it
I like it, but the price point is putting me off. Hoping for a sale so that I can cop a pair or 2
Absolutely, wait till black Friday or Christmas sales
Good shoe to have in the collection and something different on the market.
Ive got a wide collection of nike but nice to put something on that is different to your 95s 90s etc
May I know how much do you weigh? You seems to be able to ‘squash’ the heels almost every pair of shoes? Can be misleading.
I own 2 pairs. I have 2 pairs of the racer blues. I love them because they are so comfortable
Loved the air 180, wish they would bring them back!!
hi my weight 100KG any recommend shoe for office work and long walking
Sketchers go walking max
Wish the all black sneakers pair would have been kept exclusive. Wasn't blown away by this new model either way.
they are really comfortable but the bubbles sqeak so much
First 🇨🇦 I liked them the heal was super comfortable but i wasn’t a fan of the front of the shoe
I have the black and white pair and I love em. I like that grey. I was waiting for an orange pair (really want a CW with the gradient thats on that swoosh panel on the grey) bu I think Ill cop these. I dont really have a gripe. As far as price goes, 160 isnt bad at all.
My daughter loves the Air Max 270s, wonder if the DNs will be the next one she asks for loll
Pick up a second pair in the colorway used in the video. My only problem is the laces that easily undone, probably because of the toungue material used rubbing against it.
Nike: 'go get em Dylan!'
I returned them after two wears. lol. They were hurting my arches.
Got 3 pairs Air max dn, all of them start squeaking after wore them for 1,3 and 5 days.
Comfort is class but the squeaking is horrific on the 3 cw’s I have
@ 4m30s “you feel the encapsulated zoom” I know that was a slip. Nike needs to make larger Zoom units and pair them with ZoomX in more sneakers 😫
Only come to hes for an unbiased opinion when I consider a shoe. W.
Go beavers
They feel like bricks on foot, don't let Hes sway you, lol. If you want a comfortable Air Max, get the Air Max Dawn.
I like em, but I dislike how they crease
Air Max Dawn is a lot more comfortable than the Dn's. The midsole foam used is softer and has more cushion. It's got a semi-exposed big bubble unit that I think was also used on the Pre Day/Racer which is fully exposed.

Wore mine to work for the 3rd time. Pretty comfortable, nothing special. Only con is the tongues move to the outside for me
I thought those are a retroed airmaxes from Y2K lol
Bro is the sneaker yapper
The squeaking is annoying on my volt pair. Reminds me to walk 100% proper lol
Very comfortable, for sure
I love them they comfortable im wearing them since a month I
This tech isn't new. Nike had tubular air about 20 years ago
These look just like a normal air unit cut in half.
I have the silver one blue
I love them i want a pair to be fair
Brought some today and I think they are great
@@ianjones767 i have a pair of the hyper blue colourway
These are definitely not true to size lol.
I usually wear a 13 and these fit more like a 12
I can’t see these replacing the 270’s. They are nice but the 270’s are a staple Airmax now
I've just watched the full video and I'm still non the wiser to what you think. You say way too much, but my god get to the point please.
On the contrary I appreciate the depth and detail he goes into for his reviews. If you wanna go through the info faster just watch it at at 2x speed.
He loves to listen to himself
Or…….just don’t watch 🤷🏾♂️
I mean, the video is called pros and cons
Damn people will find any reason to complain, the videos title isn’t “my personal take on the airmax dn’s”. Get a grip.
Just watched a breakdown. Hes, there's no encapsulated zoom unit in this sneaker. I own this sneaker and wear it every day. Very comfortable shoe. No encapsulated zoom unit, though
The fact Nike can't be bothered to put forefoot air in their Air Max flagship models anymore shows just how far off the path Nike is.
$160? I would rather buy a pair of infinity runs at retail 😂 those shoes feel awesome on foot.
Air Max 'Do not' Get. : /
Those old, bigass, leather bball boots were fire … never again 😔
Zoom in the front would be stupid i guess🤔
No air in the forefoot.
Omg he says "this could b a replacement for the 270" 270 times. It looks nothing like the fuckinh 270
I get a feeling these are going to age like milk with all that plastic all over them. I wish I could find the Book 1's though but they're nowhere to be found!
Not happy with these shoes. Very firm cushioning. Comfortable upper.
Nike needs to make the Air Max 1’s and 90’s with the dn airbag. I could tolerate a brick under my foot 20 years ago but shit has changed 😂
Yes!
I like this mf try to speed up the experience ,even more awesome 😂

I think they’re beautiful.

Remind me of air turbulence
I got mine five sizes too large and they didn’t fit properly. Left a pretty bad review since they kept falling off my feet constantly and looked silly with the laces tied so tight.
could have been a better review video if you had talk a little slower instead of sounding like gargling
Don’t really like the shoe. The upper is nice but I think they missed it again on the sole. To clownish looking for me.
And then one steps in a thorn. Pfffft.
Possibly the worst shoe I have ever purchased from Nike. The new technology on this shoe didn’t add any comfort. These are no more comfortable than a pair of Air Max 95’s. Feels like you’re leaning forward in them too.
You lean forward because of the way the air flows from the back to the front
@@Gav123._likes-footballabsolutely not. The shoe has too much of a slope.
Like the Pre-Days and the AM2021s.
There is no air in the front. Only the heel. These things are just normal Air Max marketed in some fancy way.
Why are we talking like this is a new technology, Reebok did dynamax (DMX) cushioning back in the 90’s, same concept. This is nothing new and it’s nothing revolutionary it was tried and it didn’t work, this is just Nike’s superior marketing not their superior technology.

Who invented “ON FEET”? OMG On your feet. Say it with me.
Drug dealer shoes ⛓️😎
Support your video, but not Nike or Jordan😂
Found them too stiff
You said you love the 90’s 🤷♂️ now say they feel like a brick on your feet. WTH man. Make your mind up 🤦♂️
