    Bro your patience with these comments is admirable. I also want to help people understand but when I see that giving them information isn't enough, it's obvious what they need is to learn HOW to think. I don't think im the guy to accomplish that through a youtube comment. I hope they figure it out but i find myself becoming less compassionate, and feeling like Jack kruse. Survival of the wisest is the new paradigm and not everyone is going to survive. I'm worried about our species but we can only save the ones that care enough about themselves.

    I have a unrelated question, what about a replacement for antibiotics, they are bad and can cause long term damage to your whole health, but if you have any kind of procedure like getting wisdom tooth removed or internal injury then you would need them for short term healing. Is there another way to do that?

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  6 месяцев назад +1

      You wouldn't never need them if it weren't for specific cases involving pollution. Lime, acv, saffron, ginger, and coconut oil all seem to kill bacteria.

      @@ExcellentHealth No problem man you are welcome, and you deserve alot of attention for all the effort you put into your videos.
      I was asking because there is a person Im talking with that needs to take surgery for aesthetic purposes, the surgery does include cutting and placing bones, the surgeons do give you sedatives and antibiotics to avoid infection in the wound, I was wondering if its possible to avoid the antibiotics completely or use a alternative. Any recommendations?
      Love your content and waiting for the newest video, Also id love to contact you too.

      Thank you my friend. The fact that you're spreading the message is highly honorable.
      Here's my thought process: if a surgery isn't strictly related to health, and the doctor wants to administer things intravenously, I would avoid it like the plague. His best bet is to instruct the doctor to not give him the antibiotics. Infections only occur because of pollution. Bacteria themselves don't cause harm. My recommendation would be to avoid the surgery completely. Restructuring of bones should always be in the hands of the body. If the doctor doesn't agree to do the surgery without antibiotics, this person needs to eat fermented foods every single day for at least 6 months.
      My email is in the About section of the channel. Feel free to email me.

There is also air pollution, water pollution, and soil pollution, all these chemicals get sucked from the soil into the roots of the plants and then end up in higher concentrations in animals and then in much higher concentrations in carnivorous animals like us.

    I need concrete answers please:
    1. Is sunscreen a yes or a no?
    2. I should intake Knox daily, yes? It seems so. Knox contains 8 grams glycine per sachet.
    3. Organic fat-saturated meat (such as organic bacon and beef) is a must for anti-cancer living. Yes??
    4. Vegan diet and replacing organic meat and vegetable farms with corn crops is responsible for modern diseases. Yes??
    5. It seems applying organic beef tallow to the skin is the best immediate remedy for, well, everything! Yes??

    • @pergamX
      @pergamX 6 месяцев назад +2

      1. NO!
      2. You can get all your glycine from meat, make sure it's as organic as possible.
      3. Any source of animal fat, best if you don't burn it with high heat
      4. Too few people are vegan for it to be responsible. It's all the processed crap (based on sugar, grains and seed oils) + lack of animal fat
      5. Sure, but you shouldn't put anything on your skin most of the time.

      1. No
      2. No. Get it from whole foods.
      3. The fat in animal foods will help.
      4. It is one cause of disease, not the whole picture.
      5. It feeds the skin, so it is always beneficial.

      @ExcellentHealth Hello! Thank you for your kind reply. 😊 All the questions I asked are derived directly as a result of your discussion. If the body needs saturated fats, then naturally the question is how to get them the best ways. And if skin cancer is also another way of the body producing byproducts that we actually need for our mitochondria (in the discussion it is elaborated that this comes from saturated fats for example), then wouldn't that mean giving our skin topical saturated fats from animal sources would be actually anti skin cancer? And if all of these acres of corn crops being forced upon us because of the idea that animal farming is bad and fake meat is good, is responsible for the heavy pesticides poured into them, which are seeping into water, air, and food, then wouldn't it mean that this is directly responsible for the diseases? My questions are all directly related to your discussion, they seek to produce a solution that may be able to use. Thanks again and have a great day.
