Honestly speaking since the covid has begun I haven't gone to PU cuz everything was online, so I can't tell u clearly about the forensic science department. But yes, 2 years ago my roommate was doing msc in FS & she told me that they do not provide proper equipments. But I don't know if currently they've made any improvements or not.
& if u wanna go out sometimes, u can easily go by asking for gatepass from ur rector. But u know what vo bhi depend karta h ki tumhe kesi rector milti h cuz kuch rector achi hoti h jo easily gate pass de deti h but kuch rectors bahot natak karti h.
Average h koi MNC's nhi aati but ek dum local companies bhi nhi aati placement k liye & mostly sales ki jobs hi aati h no matter which specialization u have.
Practical knowledge depends on the teacher, during my time also few teachers used to gave us few tasks, activities, etc for the practical knowledge but few teachers believed in 100% theoretical knowledge. And yes they offer students internships from now onwards they've also made internship cell for students.
