There is no shame on being down sometimes, I know, you know that life is really hard.
I don't know what advice to give you cause I don't know what you are going through, but I can tell you that sometimes, maybe when you have a great day, or a laugh, or a meal that you really enjoy, everytime you live life for what it is, is one of the short and greatest moments that makes your head high, even if you can't notice it, it's true that you can find happiness and reasons to live in the short moments.
For my part I'm too going through some really difficult times, I try to keep myself clean from bullshit and substances, it really makes you breath with ease by the end of the day.
I don't want to sell you a motivational speech hahaha, but I can assure you that you can find whatever you are looking for in life, one way or another, and if you don't find it don't get stuck, there's a lot of things in this world to do and learn, take your time, be patient.
