Very bad ! Almost RM4mil without a roof? Architecture fails! This is Malaysia, very hot & heavy rain. 2020 I live in the eco world somewhere in one year, many leaks, slow repairs & never finished. I thought I was just paying for a blank wall & a tree could grow in another 5 to 10 years. many others are very bad. for now, it is not suitable to buy & live there. but it is suitable for rent that is fully furnished or buy, renovate & for rent. eco world for the future because a school, university, mall, hospital will be built & you can go visit it yourself at the sell gallery. think for a long time before making a decision, this is just an opinion from me who used to live there.
