hey sorry to bother i took apart my kemei 1996/1997 to clean hairs inside the head area and i didnt lose anything or break anything but i noticed now it only clicks 3 times. i took it apart and put it back together but the lever still only clicks 3 times. i was pretty confident it clicked 4 times normally before i opened. do you know what i maybe did wrong or why this happened? or does a stock one only click 3 times? thx!!

@@sampitz thanks! ahh gothca. at first i was certain my lever would have 4 distinct 'clicks' but when i took it apart and put it back it now only had 3. so i took the lever apart and noticed that the ball can only sit in 4 different spots that are cut into the metal. so for my machine it can be in 4 different positions (close, slightly more open, slightly more open, fully open) however this means my lever will only click 3 times since the first spot is always occupied by the machine. so i would say yeah it has 4 settings to cut but it will only click 3 times. i also noticed when i get to the last click, i can click a tiny bit more but its not a proper click i think its a small manufacturing issue that the ball slightly leaves the hole, it doesnt move the blade at all. that mode would make it so that we can open the lever more right? or be more precise then the clicks
You mean the taper Lever? This clipper in my opinion is not suppose to be zero gap because of the cam follower is not fix in place. I never zero gap mines.
Hi. I just adjust blade but not zero gap, i treid but i can feel the scratches. So better not too closed. There’s no used to put a Wahl fade blade when you can’t zero gap ‘em. Nway the blade is sharp. Thanks

You dont want to discharge the lithium batt at all. This shortens its life. Its really heavy, almost half a kilo. But i like this Clipper. Blade has no doubt. I been using 3 VGR clippers already. I had one of this, based from my observation, yung battery niya madali lang ma lowbatt. I tried counting from 1-27 seconds, every 27-30 seconds bumabawas yung battery life niya. Same sa clipper mo po sir idol, napansin ko approximate 27-30 seconds bumabawas ng 1 point yung battery.

I dont own 2600 but they say its a good clipper. But i think thats 2 yrs old already.
I received mine today it was in a box. Unreal for the price.... so much plastic. To me poor quality. I will try it soon to see how it works.
You can buy with or without box. Depends on the price point. But it cut well but really heavy😁. Keep safe
