I admire your discipline to use so few products at a time. I kind of wish I could post a photo of the cleanser container next to my shower. You’d be aghast at the number I have on the go.
The Elemis cream that you showed that Dan loves, is my fave too. It’s so amazing. My skin feels so soft and glowy the next morning, love it!
I use the boots recycling scheme but I don’t have physical card. I registered online and it is fab I get 500points every 5 items I recycle and spend £10 and 500 points is £5
🪣 couldn’t find the bin so here’s a bucket instead! 😂
The boots recycling also accepts samples, sheet masks and eye masks packets and other things like toothpastes, mouthwash etc stuff you wouldn’t even think of! The vouchers only last 24 hours but can be used online so if you’ve a basket of stuff waiting online that you can’t order in store keep it in mind :) I keep all my empties I’ve scanned in in a bag in my car boot and every time I go shopping take 5 of them into a boots and get my voucher 🥰
They last 30 minutes and can only be used in the shop?
@@Victoriacariad no they actually last 3 days from time of deposit. Once activated they have to be used within 30 minutes

I love love love the boots recycling app - now they’ve fixed it 😂- last year I built up enough points to buy perfumes and beauty boxes and a load of Dior products that I wouldn’t normally buy due to the £££ but as it was technically free I really enjoyed my splurge 😊
can I recycle travel size packaging as well? and perfume bottles?
@@aggiaggi8306yes to sample and travel sizes:) no to perfume though. It also takes toothpaste tubes and mouthwash bottles :)😊
@@aggiaggi8306yes to travel size and also samples too. No they can’t accept perfumes, shampoos, conditioners etc or aerosols or nail varnish. They also accept the big bottles of listerine i discovered recently too! All helps with the amount in the recycling bin at home as a lot of these products can’t be squashed down so fill the plastic recycling bin always before bin day
I also loved the Elemis peptide night cream when I used it. Eve Lom does have a very strong scent but it doesn’t bother me so I do use it. I find the process - warm cloth x 3, cold cloth - more of a pain. Definitely not when you’re in a hurry. 🗑️

I also hate the smell of the Eve Lom cleansing balm, and I'm okay with most smells. Strangely, the silver seal thing happened to me just a couple of hours ago with that exact same shampoo! Another great month of empties! 🗑
Yeah I don't know what it is, it's just not a scent for me unfortunately! Haha that's so annoying when that happens isn't it! I never want to resort to using my teeth in case I taste the shampoo 😂 Thanks so much for watching! 💕
I dislike the Eve Lom scent as well. We have a “trade basket” at work for products we don’t want. Eve always goes in the basket.
I'm not from the UK, but I'd love to learn more about the recycling schemes available there ! I have some family in the UK, could be useful for them 🙂🚮

I’d love to see a recycling boots video. I also hate the smell of the EveLom products. Apparently it’s eucalyptus. I had a face mask that I’d got in an advent calendar, couldn’t even give it away so used it as a foot mask, my feet felt amazing 😊. Not long to wait for the advent calendar season❤️🚛(couldn’t find the bin so left the garbage truck instead!)
Supergoop peels so bad on me, I passed it on to my bf 🙈🤷♀️
Yeah I remember it used to be fine for me, I used to wear it under makeup for work, but more recently it's just not the best and I couldn't figure out why. Garnier saves the day 🙌
@MissBoux Maybe they changed their formula 🤷♀️ I have found out that now only the circular tube they have does not peel on me. Maybe try that if you get the chance! Garnier always for the win! xx
I couldn’t use the Eve Lom balm either it’s a very earthy scent

Hi hun …lovely empty’s video …I too hate evelom …it smells so awful…I’ve thrown out several masks I got in my Advent calendars …I have a small tube of Gatineau water cream moisturiser in my box that I haven’t tried …I’m so looking forward to getting my Advent calendars I would like to try the Tatcha spray as I have the cream …Also I would like to try the Dior cleaner…Thankyou miss boux X💞

For the DDG peel pads, I just cut them in half or even quarter, and that's enough. They are just too pricey to use a whole pad at once. I like them for travelling if I have some but I would go out of my way to buy them

I also don't like the smell of the eve lom cleanser, i think its clove but i used mine up as apart from the smell it works really well, I've just started a PLouise cleansing balm which I've never tried before and its actually so good plus it comes in different scents. The Gatineau cream is from glossybox i think, im moving onto mine next but im gonna use it at night with a glow recipe treatment mask on top x
