Rodman longley Kerr Kukoc Harper and they bench was underrated...
LeBron plays both ends.
He stopped once he returned to the cavs reason they never had a shot against the warriors they tried to turn there defense up in the playoffs but teams that play the whole season have a certain chemistry.@@bossK78
@@bossK78 ummm he slacks on 1 end ...that man been giving up on plays for years bruh
One of the hardest playoffs game in Jordan's career....I remember how nervous I was that Sunday thinking this will be the end of Mike's career at home
Noticed how Jordan said WE, during the interview at the end of the game" Gave his teammates the credit they well deserved!
The days when after the game or at half I was outside shooting on the the garage
Can You Upload More 1997-1998 Chicago Bulls Basketball Games MDBball
1998 Bulls were the weakest of the 6 title teams, bench was weak, Pippen was hurt all year and playoffs but they still had the greatest ever in Michael Jordan.
Im surprised that they still won an elite 60 games
This one of MJ most underrated games his rebounding and 4th qtr Defense on Reggie Miller is why he's the goat in my eyes he did other things to seal the W for the Bulls
He's the GOAT in most peoples eyes.
This was the highest between Jordan and Bird even as coach playing. Jordan MVP , scored 40 points and blast the pacers but Indiana came back to win and also drama Jordan got wound and got pushed by Reggie to shot 3 one of the greatest three point. Then Bulls came back from 16 points down from Kerr and Jud and Kukoc then solid defense for both teams just Jordan and the bulls won small margin in game 7.
Jordan said in game 6 conferences “ we will win game 7”
After watching this I'm convinced the Curry led Warriors would just get swarmed. The defenses were insane in this era. Chicago was relentless and Jordan was a will of force.
Hard to know. Modern teams move the ball so well and release their shots quick, specifically Steph. With the efficiency advantage of the 3pt line I am not sure who would win. Dray, Iggy, KD, Thompson, Curry is a pretty good shooting team compared to the numbers put up in the 90's.
What the Bulls have besides Jordan is the hard nose defense you are not allowed to play today. With 80's ref's they may be able to take the Warriors out of their comfort zone and drop that shot percentage down a lot.
32:01 this stat was the difference in this game
Three of the greatest shooters ever in this game (Miller, Mullin, Kerr), and yet they werent shooting threes every time downcourt.
Amazing.
I don’t know about yal youngstas but we use to get hype before the game … the NBC commercials was 🔥
I remember NBAOn NBC love
Championship defense, whenever it’s mentioned I think of this game. As a kid I was like “they squeezing them” 😂
Pippen made the biggest shot of the game!!
I say Kerr with that 3
Ant says these dudes ain’t skilled ? Blasphemous .
Only 1 player even close to ant skill in this game.. go watch ant top 10 plays this season and reply
@@xavierb9061 And who said there were more in this case anyway? Edwards said in the WHOLE 90s. You guys havent watched anything and yet you comment. One player that comes to mind from the 90s that is predeccessor to giys like Ant and Lillard was Nick Van Excel, definately more skilled than Antman and I've seen Lillard giving him his flowers recently in an interview saying how he is never talked about yet he should be talked about. And people always bring up small guards of today which is the only area that has been objectively improved in both skill and physicality on average but any other position is not better than it was in the 90s.
@@outlander234 nick compared to ant. STOP BEING WASTE OF TIME
When i was young i was bullied on and off the court the 90s was a man's game everyone is different.
Oh for the days of this NBA era
This! Was! Basketball!
I was a huge Bulls fan and Reggie Miller and the Pacers made me so nervous in this series. They just wouldn't go away, they battled to the end.

Damn I miss that NBA on NBC beat
that opening theme never gets old
Smits and Mullin will never live down the decision to shave their heads.
It wasn't pretty... This was hard-nosed, intense, physical basketball. Hence the low score
The Bulls and the 35 years old Jordan survive the series..Indiana great team in that moment too..
This was such a tough series. The Pacers had someone step up each game and their inside ruggedness just wore your down.
The intro is 🔥🔥🔥
Pacers should have ended the Bulls run in this series.. but then there was Mike 🤷
i miss Bob Costas games on NBC in the 90s
NBA on NBC Good times Good times
True of basketbal games no floopin no soft touch calling by foul,,no drama no acting pure fight both team,
That and they actually called Reggie on the foul for initiating the contact with Jordan. James Harden would have 1/2 the free throws per game if the game was still officiated this way.
These 90's playoff games were the best. Crazy to think Jordan never had to play a game 7 in the NBA finals.
Esa fue la verdadera final de la NBA en ese año 🎉🎉🎉
I really love this game
I would have loved to see Pacers vs Jazz but the Bulls was slightly the better team.
This is at its peak, nothing comes close to the 90s
Pippen, Kerr saved Jordan's legacy.
And Kukoc with those big shots
So what are they suppose to do stand around and do nothing.
How and MJ made theirs?
@jermo1213 i was just using the LeBron argument. Silly, huh?
'90s Bulls full court press is legendary
