With that 10% damage advantage, the fact u were on 3800 health and backing up and also the fact the other shelly had 400 health she blasts the super as u were backing away and killed you. Thats why u lost that interaction
The reason Shelly got super faster than you was because she landed more ‘bullets’ Shelly looks like she has lots of pellets but there’s actually 5 big bullets which deal 600 damage each. He must have landed more that you did due to movement and other factors, which means he gets more supercharge. Hope this helps !
