Dude, I just put down a deposit on my first plasma table. I dream of the day I can afford and need one of these machines. Soo bad ass! Its awesome to see, only a couple years ago when you bought your homestead, to now your killing it loving your best life. Good for you brother!! Bravo sir!👏🏻
Showing of laser machine from different angle to show the overall performance n than leaving evaluation for viewers, in my opinion is mind blowing thanks sir for this amazing ways.
I can't imagine troubleshooting machines like that, but boy there's nothing like em when they're cooking! Did the old barn meet it's end? looks like you've got a whole bunch of changes happening there! Thanks for sharing
lol, yea they are pretty cool, but man they are kind of a novelty to be honest.. Sheet cutting is way more profitable so most of the guys that get combo machines eventually stop usign them because the sheet cutting is in high demand and alot more profitable
@@maloyaircraft1174 the combo machines start at $100k and the standalone tube machines start at $76k. If that doesn’t scare you off, email me gary@ramseycustoms.com
Haha well I dont know about that.. but I am staying busy with plenty to do, and getting a chance to travel around and help customers grow their business with these machines... thats a good thing!
Hi Ramsey I have raycus 1000w in cnc fiberlaser I have questions nitrogen gas can cut mild steel and carbon steel or no just need oxygen to cutting mild steel and carbon steel... I know nitrogen is expensive than oxygen but just I'm asking you this question if it can cut mild steel and carbon steel or just using nitrogen for stainless steel and aluminum and copper Also my other question for purity of oxygen if purity of oxygen just 93% and 7% other gas can cutting mild steel and carbon steel or no
I have been doing 1-2 installs per month for the last couple years, and even with all that, I still love setting it up and watching it, filming it. If you have never seen it in person, the videos dont really do it justice.
@@turbocobra I am hoping to try it on my machine one day once I know my settings are dialed in the best I can get them. I have learned a ton from all your videos and FB group.

thanks for watching! cant share the pierce settings, that, and a few other things are special things I do for customers that purchase from me, and if i share it with everyone, it devalues the service i offer. but just a tip... its not hard at all to setup .
Well thats still a good tollerance depending on whats being fabricated. If yoru fabricating skyscrapers, 1/16th is awesome. if yoru making small aerospace parts, its got to be .001" or less.
Damn - I have no use for a monster CNC laser, it’d take up most of my basement, it’d probably cost a few $K just to hire a rigger to wrangle it through the yard and down there for me, and no way I’d ever convince the wife, but … I want one! 😆 (And wow, those tiny, fine gratings were pretty mind-blowing, I had no idea a machine of this size and lower could do such fine work!)
I feel like I learn something new everytime I watch one of your videos. Gonna have to try the pre piercing and that technique to break up a long slot. I've been using micro joints but that would work better in my opinion.
slug destruct and microjoints are helpful. slug destruct if over used will have a significant impact on your cycle times, and drive up your N2 bill lol. But its handy to be able to use all the features when you need them

Not exactly. What I was referring to is the displaced metal dust, that is loose but sticks to it like a magnet. Dross is a plasma table term, you won’t hear that used in the laser world. It’s either burr free, or has a burr. I never mentioned slag
Yep, you are very wise to be such a young man! In fairness the last one was brand new and after researching it there is a bug and a new software update for it. Guess what the bug is? Drone flys away on its own! That’s what happened. First one I was flying to low over the Colorado river and let it go swimming 😂
Whats the power soucre of OR-FM lasers are in majority of orders? 3kW or 6kW?
You are creative, I follow you from Libya
Love seeing these amazing machines do their thing!
Oh yea! they are cool for sure
It's great to see a company be successful and good to see you successful also, Gary! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Reid, good to see you

How does the weld penetration compare to mig welding? Have you tried doing sanitary welding with it?

@@turbocobra thank you for your offer an answer! We already have 2, one for pipes and one for metal sheets. What about training?
You always buyinh Oree Laser...is it economical or industrial use?
no I have my own brand now
How can I make money off one of these? They seem very interesting to have.
Lovely detailed video. Liked the 1/4 inch pierce with oxygen. Never tried this pierce style. Would you share the settings? I too have a 3000W

Great video!
What is the best software to drawings simpliest things, like in the video?
In the video it showed Fusion360, which is 3D parametric modeling softrware, not simple or easy. For basic 2D drawing I really like Vectric Cut2D.

Thanks for your answear🙏🏽

Lol, glad you approve.
Hello, I am in Mexico so I will import directly. Are you willing to give training? (Of course in exchange of a payment)
i have training videos for sale on my website, but do not offer any training beyond that. I no longer sell OREE machines, but my own brand.
Need those pierce settings for 1/4”
oh yea? lol
what made you switch from prima to oree?
A few reasons, but both are good machines. I am about to switch to my own branded machine with some very cool/unique features.
When I served my apprenticeship in the 1960,s + or - 1/16 of an inch on a fabrication was good.
