Thanks Dr B. I’m bummed by the latest studies of BTKIs. I was hoping to make the switch to a BTK from ocrevus for my RRMS. I’ve been on ocrevus for 2 years and doing well so far. However, I worry about the long term implications of being immunosuppressed.
My audio is up as it can go and I can barley hear you
Thanks again Dr Boster for an Awesome video 👍🔥🔥🔥
Hi Dr Boster!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
'Paltry' is the first word that came to mind regarding the efficacy of tolebrutinib to help people with MS.
It's a lot better than "nothing".
@@georgielol Yes, but are the side effects worth the paltry? That's what I'm not sure about. Always weigh the risks vs benefits.
@@ldjt6184 That's up to every individual to decide. No drug is without side effects.
I am so thankful my daughter found you! 😊
Watching in Poland. Best wishes ! :)
Awesome! Thank you!
Sorry I missed your live stream because I was out with friends and one of my sisters!
Had an episode yesterday. Woke up with less balance, made my way downstairs and got out to garage and let cats out. Using my cane, made it to the kitchen, poured my coffee. As I was preparing it for tomorrow, I felt suden weakness.. I dropped to the floor.. a roommate helped me back up and I stayed in my bedroom for rest of day
Started feeling better. I let both my PCP and Neurologist know online.. the GP called me to hear what happened immediately.. they had me take my BP and oxygen levels.. BP had dropped to 97 over 63. Normal for me is 100/60.. he had me drink an ensure.. what causes this drop in BP?
I noticed that you did not speak to the side effect profile in Hercules. When I look at the table I wonder about the increased rates of infection among those on the target drug. These seem significant to me mainly because as patients we are taught that infection can spike relapse occurrence. I wonder if you might follow up in the future with one of your short videos and discuss this quandary. Kindly, Lana

Terrific presentation as always-many thanks. I’m now SPMS and would be very interested in using Tolebrutinib off label. I hope to be accepted to your clinic and see you in the near future!
I do get up about 3x per night to pee, even if I have laid off fluids by mid afternoon -how on earth can I change that in order to improve sleep hygiene?

I'm ready to try. My MS is progressing relentlessly on Ocravus, and I'm dying of Crap Gap. I don't think my neuro from Hadassah is going to go for it, though. She already told me a while ago that the BTKIs aren't proving themselves in the trials. 🙄
Best blessings from Jerusalem! May you and all our worldwide MS community be written and sealed for a good and sweet New Year! ⚖️ ✒ 📙 🍯 🍎 👑

Misdiagnosed at first w/PPMS then NMOSD. There is some scarcity of some meds like rituximab here in the mid east...so Im wondering if Imuran or some other immunosuppr. meds you can recommend might be helpful? Thanks, Doc. Always try to catch your content. 😊
Same about hearing you
Can't hear you well enough to listen. Too bad.
