You know, not for nothing, Moxxie had some BALLS to sing a love song in a club ruled by a demon lord who's driven purely by animalistic lust. THAT, is a statement.
That, and Millie un-hijacking the song from said demon lord. That shows how much they love each other.
Not to mention that guy is one of the most powerful beings in all of hell.
And then he continued to sing it his way even when said demon lord told him to change it up. And the demon lord respected the balls that takes enough to let mox finish his song *before* kicking him out xd

Why do you associate that terminology with lust? Most animals only have sex in order to reproduce, exceedingly few do so out of personal desire or strong sexual intention. Dolphins and macaques come to mind - but the majority of the animal kingdom does not possess lust as we know it.
@@goldenaries0860 I mean, there is no real ifference there. If mice for example could not reproduce but otherwise were the same, they would continue fucking. Not to frantically try and make babies, but becaue their pheromones make them horny. Same with humans, but we have contraception. So do dolphins, seals and otters (by fucking other species). And don't get me started on the fuckfest that is insects. Point is, Lust is present in all creatures and handled by pheromones. Some animals only have certain time periods when their pheromones act and some can always procreate. And they will procreate even if their partner is not capable of reproduction, it just doesn't make a difference. A deer won't wake up and say "Today I'm going to procreate in order to sustain the long-term survival of my species", they just become horny at some point in the year.
It's like what Moxie said in the last episode, Blitzo wants to be loved but is also so scared of it that he sabotages his own relationships. We still don't know all the details but from that phone it's clear that one point he was genuinely happy with Verosika, and even before that he seemed to be a close friend to Fizzarolli when he was young.
I think it's also quite telling that in the photo with Verosika he has the white patch on his face that he currently has, but in the photo with Fizz he doesn't. Also Fizz has his actual arms in that picture, and now he has robot arms, which they went to quite a length to show off when he pulls up his sleeve. My guess is that some big accident happened and it hurt Blitzo's face and took Fizz's limbs off. It was probably Blitzo's fault and that's why their friendship fell apart.

Fun Fact : Stolas says he'll "be ready at 20" and it takes exactly 20 seconds for Stolas to suit up, get his space owl makeup done, open the portal, and physically enter The Lust Ring. It's just a neat little detail I'd like to point out

Sad Fact: Blitz painted his face black in all pictures in his home. He is really depressed thinking nobody really likes him so he throw all away so nobody is hurting him anymore.

@@skylander5884 They are talking about all the pictures on the walls in Blitzo’s house. When you look at them the pictures all have Blitzo’s face scratched out with a black marker, you can see it at 15:31. It’s kinda hard to see but if you look at the background there is a picture of Moxxie, Millie, Loona and Blitzo on the wall but Blitzo’s face has been scribbled over, and the same has been done with the picture of him and Loona together. Kinda shows what Blitzo really thinks of himself.
I think whatever happened in his past, he has a really hard time looking at himself.
I love how they mixed the different genres of music into the song! Asmodeus and fizz’s parts are jazzy and funky whilst verosika’s is pop/rock
Especially that very brief flash of Millie's theme when she jumped in and knocked Fizzarolli out.
Fizzarolis air trumpet was truly the most inspired part of the song
I think you overlooked a scene or two. Blitz, when Stolas was trying to talk to him, did eventually turn completely around once Stolas made it seem like he was interested in more than just sex. However, Stolas messed up because everyone was picking on him for being in love with an Imp. Then when Blitz looked to Stolas he hid his face in shame. Not just because he was ousted and called out for his adultery, but also because a part of him does think of Imps, and by association Blitz, as lower than him.
Even Stella in episode 2 was angry at him, but not for sleeping around in general, but for sleeping with an Imp. A lower class in hell. Even in the song Whackford asked if he was sleeping with an Imp, while being an Imp too. So, Stolas was essentially hiding from the shame of being with a lower class as well. We see bits and pieces of how Stolas treats Blitz. It’s not intentional and I’m sure if they just talked things out it could be addressed but he does talk down to Blitz a lot. Like saying his book shouldn’t be handed out to, “itty bitty Imps like yourself”. He often says Blitz is an Imp like he’s fetishizing him for being what he is too. Even the last episode he said “who dares threaten my impish little plaything”.
Blitz did try when Stolas seemed actually interested in what Blitz was doing, but he messed it up because he still had some prejudice as well. He just doesn’t know it. Watch back through all of the episodes. You can see breadcrumbs being left everywhere. Then, to add insult to injury, Moxxie and Millie have this very heartfelt moment where they accept each other completely. It’s like rubbing salt on an open wound for him. Stolas turned away when he was called out unlike Millie who just took those insults in stride and supported her partner. Both Blitz and Stolas are at fault in this case. Blitz did try though. You can see his expressions throughout. He was hoping for something more like what Moxxie and Millie have. Which is likely why he stalks them. That’s what I’ve seen at least.
That and Blitzo actually said I am sorry in the most genuine tone in the car. He was actually being very vulnerable from being embarrassed like that and isn't use to having someone see him like that I bet

Stolas was not hiding his face out of embarrassment for being with an IMP , he hid his face because his whole family business got aired out infront of a crowd of people

I loved seeing that picture of Blitzo and Loona with her adoption certificate. Their relationship is my favorite so I was very happy seeing that.
In the car moment, I related to Stolas so much, but I was startled at how humanizing they made Blitzo in that moment.
Blitzo was definitely rude-- but he showed restraint in not wanting to hurt Stolas as much. He had every power to crush Stolas' heart that night that he never even wanted him there in Ozzie's. But he chose not to say it, even as Stolas was thanking him unknowingly. He only told Stolas what he should hear, not maliciously hurt him in the process. Boy, that was not saturated angst. That felt real.
IMO, I just wish some people would stop hating on any character in this show who shows shitty traits. I'm glad the show was not ashamed of the flaws in their characters-- and even moreso, to show us a strained relationship. Everyone sucks, which makes their good actions far more rewarding.
You know, despite Asmodeus and Fizzarolli ranting about Lust, they seem to have more than just lust between the two, seeing as how Asmodeus was concerned for his "playpal" after Millie hit him!😉❤
Alternatively, even if there is only lust between them, there's at least some tenderness in it.
You can have a relationship built on pure lust and still care for the person your with. Ever heard of friends with benifits?

I mean to be fair...Even if they're an item, they're just complaining about Moxxie coming onto the stage in an establishment meant for lust and sex, to sing about mushy stuff. Not the right place to do it. xD; (That said I realize this comment is a year old ashalskfdjasdk)
In this chapter it is quite easy to weigh the whole balance in favor of Stolaz, but although he is also in a difficult situation, I think that the one who was most damaged was Blitzo, in fact, he had already been damaged for a long time.
To begin with, it is discussed whether Blitzo has any disorder or something similar that gives him that panic of having more personal relationships. He is caught between his outward attitude and what he seems to want, it can be seen in some points that his only way of trying to get closer to his "employees" is to annoy them or that he still has photos with Verosika and Fizzaroli on his cell phone even though he seems to hate them now.
Also, as much as he annoys Moxy and Millie, he has a genuine concern to defend them or Loona. In this chapter you can see how he stepped forward to speak for Millie and Moxy (in his own way) and received in return being the center of ridicule. Millie then defended Moxie, but when they bothered Blitzo nobody spoke in his favor, even Stolaz only decided to hide his face.
At the end of the episode, Blitzo ends up crying alone at home, while the rest enjoy "relationships", Millie and Moxy have themselves and Loona also begins to relate to others. Stolaz ends up in a similar situation, but his problems started somewhat recently, while we can intuit that for Blitzo, the situation has been like this for a long time.

Exactly, theres an entire extra layer of pain behind his actions that he holds in his heart that these two didn't really pick up on. He wants to feel loved by someone, and his co-workers allow him to feel some semblance of that but he can't see that hes toxically clinging to them and disrupting their relationship due to him desiring their companionship, and in addition ignoring genuine affection and interest from Stolas. Hes afraid to let anyone else into his life due to his past trauma and hes even more afraid of being separated again so he resorts to unhealthy measures..
Fun fact, Asmodeus have three heads cause he is represented with a human head, a bull head, and a goat head in ancient art
Blitzo is kind of right that when Stolas has talked to him before he has always been doing the sex talk and flirty pet names.
They've never really had a genuine heart-to-heart about having more than just transactional sex and Blitzo is just used to being treated like a plaything by now.
Stolas really does care about Blitzo, but he's never given Blitzo much of a reason to believe that with his actions in front of him.
It's like with Octavia in episode 2.
Stolas doesn't recognize the feelings and thoughts of people he cares about and hurts them without meaning to and doesn't realize it until it blows up in his face.
About Blitz:
Outside of Striker all his nightmare from last episode actually happened...
Tbh I think the events from last episode, was a complete foreshadow, sense this is only part one of the finale my theory is that Striker is well going to strike, and it will either completely break Stolas and Blizo, or it will bring them together where they can maybe try to work out the problems they have been running from

And before anyone says anything, they were both using each other at the start. Both were in the wrong. But we're in the developmental stages, there's something there.

Both have been wrong, both want love, I do believe they're starting to realize they have legit feelings. Stolas did try to invite him to stay and talk, and NOT end up in bed.
A lot of people would be embarrassed in that situation, mind you. I know people like to say 'I wouldn't do this/that/I wouldn't be' and stuff like that, but until they're put into that situation...you can't really say for sure.
I'm not dismissing Stolas, either. I'm saying I understand.
Summary: they’re both a-holes in a relatable human way
I get it, but at the same time, this is really the first time Stolas has ever really shown any kind of non-sexual interest in Blitzo.
@@naotosenpai2789 I mean to be fair, he was unexpectedly invited to a date where he was ignored. And suddenly spotlighted on because your date defended his friend. Not to mention, Stolas was in a ---- with benefits relationship. He was backed into a corner where, had he said he loved Blitzo, it'll mess everything up. If he says otherwise, it's the end for their relationship.
So tldr: Stolas was fair to react the way he did; the same way Blitzo had every right to defend Moxxie.
I just noticed that OG Fizzarolli is an Imp too. The tail, plus the picture in Blitz's phone are dead giveaways so I assume those two were childhood friends that drifted apart after whatever tragedy happened to Blitz.
I can't believe the guy who played Ozzie was also Vortex from the spring break episode
Not only that, but he also voiced that one bar patron in the Hazbin Hotel pilot who couldn't get out a full sentence bc he was laughing at Charlie's idea on TV and ends with "HaHA, oh, she's nuts."
He also plays the voice of Oogi Boogi in the live concert version of Nightmare Before Christmas

Blitzo stuck his neck out for Moxxie in front of Fizzarolie and then you can see the moment he looks to Stolas for help when they turn on him and Stolas just hides his face
I get why Asmodeus is more powerful then stolas so stolas was probably scared as well
Also Stolas's falling apart marriage was just announced to everyone and he was questioned whether giving up his family for Blitzo was worth it. Blitzo needed support, but he looked for it at that very worst moment. Stolas did stand when Blitzo started to get bullied so I think he did consider intervening (similar to what Millie did for Moxie which still took her a while to intervene).
I got the impression that Blitzo stood up for Moxxie, and got the attention on him, however, Fizzarolli makes the comment about his relationship situation being bad, and Blitzo looks to Stolas, as if to say "No it's not. I'm with him. " But only glances at him a brief moment to try not to draw attention to Stolas, though, it happens anyway, and THAT'S when Stolas hides his face, when they start in on him. Not because he couldn't help Blitzo, or himself, but in the ars goetia, I'm pretty sure, Stolas is quite a non violent demon prince. He probably has the power to cause a ruckus, even with another demon lord present, but, he chooses not to, simply taking it, until they're done. Blitzo is angry and/or upset at the end of that, I think, not entirely at Fizzarolli and Osmodius, but also at himself, for bringing their abuse down on Stolas as well.
When the person roasting you is a literal demon Lord and he's much stronger than you. You really don't have have anything to do aside from taking the hits

I do feel bad for Stolas being used on the date but lowkey.....that car scene had to happen. And specifically the line: don’t act like what we have is anything but you wanting me to f*ck you, you make that really clear all the time. Blitz was frustrating this episode but I’m glad he said that. Stolas always reminds him that he’s an itty bitty imp, sexy little one, impish play thing LITERALLY LAST EPISODE. So to Blitz it’s confusing especially with his deep-rooted trust issues. And also yeah it might’ve come off as rude, but you can see Blitz cracking as he talks. Like he was trying his best to compose himself and held a lot in. But that’s just me.
I think they both messed up in their own ways.
The ending of this episode depressed me, not only yesterday, but today as well. I relate to Stolas and Blitzø’s loneliness at the end so hard 😞

Loved the reaction as always, looking to add my two cents here. As far as Blitzo's rudeness to Stolas when he dropped him off, I don't think it's as easy as "He could've been less rude." The way I saw it, it wasn't just him feeling humiliated or not reading the room. Episode 6 gave us the insight that he "can't fathom proper intimacy." To me, Blitzo intentionally (but maybe subconsciously) tried to push Stolas away because he's terrified of forming an intimate relationship with anyone again. I do agree that he doesn't realize that Stolas might want to be more than a sexual partner, but I think the night's events made him way more closed off, to the point that he was rejecting advances even if he didn't think they were there. In short, I saw his rudeness as tragedy. (That doesn't excuse it, of course, but that explains it.)
Like I said, that's my personal take on the situation after I've had more time to reflect on the episode. Thanks to whoever's reading this!
Stolas even called Blitz by his preferred name at the end of the date, no diminutive “Blitzy” pet name like he normally does, and there was genuine concern in his voice, it looks like Stolas is beginning to realize the depth of his feelings for Blitz, they’re both broken people who sorely need an actual, emotional relationship, Blitz has just been beaten down for so long that his emotional barriers are second nature, and Stolas probably never felt an emotional attachment for a potential partner before, the only genuine emotional connection he has is to his equally emotionally damaged daughter, Octavia.
It was really interesting seeing Stolas and Blitzo get roasted for the bad things they've done but also boy it hurt
In the 13:54 shot, Blitzo seems to be giving Stolas an angry look (no-one can really blame him; Stolas chose to hide behind the menu rather than standing up for his date, and Blitzo is already sensitive enough about relationships without that sorta shit) and Stolas lifts a hand in humiliation to shield himself from the judgement of his peers (ergo, he keeps doing what Blitzo is angry with him about)... but the shot lingers at Asmodius holding Fizzarolli in his arms, highlighting that, even between those two who (allegedly) only care for each other on a sexual level, there's an element of tenderness and care that's lacking in Blitzo and Stolas' relationship.
Blitz-o was fighting back tears when he dropped Stolas off, he scratched out his own face from all the pictures in his home because he hates himself and thinks he's the "problem with this picture", and the choker he wears is the same one his mom had on in the last photo on his phone.
I think you missed that Oazmodius and Fizzrlor have a loving relationship like Moxie and Milly, but its not what the club is about. Oszzmodius respects Solis's going for the love he wants, but it to juicy to rip him in the club,
Blitz and Fizzlor were friends as kids.
I think Blitz did something to his sister to get her in rehab, and he is very guilty about it.
I think the one moment things went to hell for both of them in this episode was when Stolas got called out for being with an Imp... Before that, Blitz was trying to deal with the buckets of acid being spew at him but... When Stolas gets called out Blitz looks in his direction, to see his reaction, and you can see his expression crumble when the prince hides his face behind the menu. His whole body language changes to "I give up" for the remaining of the episode. While Stolas shrinked in embarassment, M&M are being fully supportive and accepting of each other, and in front of people very same people trying to mock them too... 😢
I love that fizzarolli’s VA also voices beetlejuice another chaotic stripped demon
This episode was so good. But it really hit me. Seeing what happened with my favorite ship broke me (Blitz and Stolas) and the ending with Blitz crying shattered my heart 😥

since in the song we see stolas both hiding his face and not stnading up for blizz and hell he even tires to run out without bliz at one point

He’s different than the Fizzoroli from the circus episode. He’s not a robot despite the robot sound affects given to him. The one in the circus was fake named RoboFizz while the one in lust is the original living demon.
Only one person is going to tell Moxxie how to love Milly, and she likes the way he does it just fine.

With this being a showcase of past characters I bet Striker makes a return, probably capturing Blitzo to lure Stolas into a trap.
As much as I would've liked yo see Millie take down Ozzie in this episode it's not happening. This is one of the Rulers of hell. The ruler of the Lust Ring. Much more powerful than Stolas and Stolas has already been stated to be much stronger than Alastor, who has toppled Sinner overlords. Millie is a beast but she's nowhere near that ballpark.

They don’t understand that blitzo has a very messed up past hence why he pushes people away he wants to be loved but is afraid at the same time that last picture is of his mom and sister hence the tears after his emotions are normal his past was being thrown in his face and he hates himself for it
I've been waiting for your guys' reaction! Love your content 😁 Also, any theories for the finale? Personally, I think striker will be waiting inside for stolas when he goes back into the palace, blitz will possibly head over to apologize to stolas, and might find him in trouble. Or, it will be too late, striker assassinated stolas and blitzo finds him. Not sure which direction Viv would go, but that's just my theory.
That last pic on blitzys phone is one with his mom and sister, and with hasbins hotel the annual purge. My theory is he teared up due to losing someone to the purge
I was always confused by Blitzes ...."interrest"of our Imp couple untill AirierGames reaction mentioned somethign that made a lot of sense. Mox and Millie are Uniqe because they share genuine feelings of Love....IN HELL ...that alone makes Bliz so much more courious about them....because its something he had not given nor recived in years maybe ever.
Seeing the real Fizz (not counting Robo Fizz from Loo Loo Land) and Verosika are interesting for them to appear in this episode, but I think to Blitz; he doesn’t feel embarrassed just for being in their presence alone. I mean, he still has old photos of them in his phone when he was happy with them. Could this be significant for Blitz as he has a difficult time letting go and doesn’t really hate them deep down?
Easy summary of the episode: "Everybody is fucked up so everybody fucks up so everybody is fucked. Oh and it's set in a club in the Lust Ring."

Considering when Stolas was called out for screwing an Imp and his reaction was to hide his face in a menu I can see why Blitz was blunt with Stolas about there sex only relationship
It makes sense Millie only hit Fizzarolli because making a personal enemy of someone 1 class below Lucifer himself is not getting away with just getting ordered to leave a night club.
One thing that most people don't know when they watch this episode is that the person who voices Fizzarali is the actor and voice of the beatlejuice in the bettlejuice musical.
This Episode it was well-made. They get better and better with each one. Love the songs. In my theory the last picture we saw on the phone is Blizts with his twin and their mom!! Because he looks a little younger in that photo and his sister is in it too. Can’t wait for the next episode. 😁

I love these videos. If you look at blitz wall and why he cried at a picture of his mom and sister it all looks like he just wants family. He puts himself into mox and mil relationship because he sees them as family. He said that in the pilot. He adopted loonie because he wants a family. His issue is he wants to have a perfect family but every image of himself on his walls is marked off. His face is scribbled out. He knows his ruins every relationship.
If you notice two of the phone pictures have Fizzerolli in them meaning they were childhood friends, or since that they have the same head mark as Blitz and his Sister had that maybe Fizz is related to him and possibly a brother or cousin

Others have pointed it out already, but Blitzø aggressively crossed his own face out of every photo in his house, as if he kept the photos to remember other people but hates himself too much to look at his own face. And every time I think about that, I do cry a little, because it's too relatable and I wish it wasn't. I don't take selfies, I try to avoid being in photos, and I avoid looking in the mirror as much as possible. Not because I don't like the way I look, but because I just don't like seeing myself, if that makes any sense. The few times I've even mentioned that to people, they've said it was weird and didn't make sense, but like... yeah. So unfortunately, I can relate to a lonely, self-hating imp from hell who pushes everyone away. Yay me?

Asmodeus is one of the 7 deadly sins, so except Lucifer and Lilith he can do and say whatever he wants to anyone. He could have done a lot worse to Moxxie and Millie than kick them out.
I think Blitz is like that because he is scared he may ruined another life like he had done with Verosika and even fizzorali (there is a picture of him with Blitz as best friends); and it is worse as we know Stolas and Stella separated and Stolas was alone: he didn't want Stolas's life to be crushed more because of him

The clown was Blitzo’s childhood friend, and the girls in his picture was his mom and sister.
From what I know, their plans for stuff got big and they split it into 2 parts. They wanted the story but also to showcase the ground travelled in just this season...
Part 2 was delayed but it wasn't intended to be this story focus.
Part 1 was the "finale" as it were.
Season 2 picks up where this episode left off.
At the end its a picture of his mom and his sibling

Actually deep down Blitzo actually does love as well , he just pushes it down because in the long run he doesn’t want it to be true . Even though it’s fairly obvious that Stolas has actually come to love Blitzo at this point , I mean just how happy he was to be on a date with Blitzo in this episode made that clear .
However I feel Blitzo thinks Stolas is still only in this for the sex and doesn’t actually love him and what Blitzo said to Stolas at the end of this episode backs this up perfectly honestly.

@@freyexists.3657 Yeah hopefully this happens in the future . Probably wouldn’t happen to the second season though . This season one has one (or a few more episodes , idk if the finale is going to be more than two parts or not.) Anyway we don’t have very much time left in this season so I don’t see it happening yet because of that.

Blitz was being an ass in the beginning but him pulling his hand a way and his speech in the end are justified, you see I think if Stolas stood up for him or made it clear he stood by Blitz's side they could have made serious progress in going from a transaction booty call to a couple but Stolas tried to run during the song and whe he couldn't he hid and that seriously hurt Blitz and their relationship.
The part at the end when he cry’s it because he missed his sister the photo was him his sister and mother
Sam Haft is the main person who composes their music. He nails it every time. He is on Spotify. They are all his performances of his songs on there.
Something had to happen to blitz to make him like this if he feels people getting too close he sabotages a relationship himself almost like he’s used to things being ruined so it’s like he does it before somebody else can do it for him I think that’s why he’s scared to let anybody in he’s afraid it’s going to end up the same way so he’s just like you know what fuck it I’ll just do it myself he hast to learn to trust other people and stop living vicariously through moxie and Millie’s relationship but I’m thinking that’s what he’s trying to do by spying on them seeing how they act seeing why it works so well for them but not for him
