Thank you kindly, Ed. I remember buying the vinyl on this album, one of my favorites I never got to see Bob Dylan live but I’m glad I got it recorded in this three or four camera shoot in the studio in White rock British Columbia where I did a whole album in one day I love this microphone I can’t remember who made it but it was around $12,000
I heard Bob sing this song almost 30 years ago. The Lord used it to turn my darkened heart to him. Hearing your version draws my heart closer to him. Thank you.
Thanks, great CD from Bob Dylan that this song came from. I learned it from a great Gospel singer named Rance Allen, ruclips.net/video/tyf8W4LmEbw/видео.html
Like you Martin S., I was a rebel rushing headlong to eternal judgment. But the Living God “reduced me to tears” when I came to realize that I couldn’t open my own eyes or unstop my own ears! For He has said: “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy .... Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills ....” Romans 9:15-16, 18 NKJV Oh what great mercy and amazing grace! SDG! ☝🏼
Like the jazzy version. I dont think Mr Dylan ever sings his songs like he recorded it in the late 70s. Mr Sanders could easily sing it that way to if he wished. Nice take on a great song.
Beautifully done John... Timeless my friend... God bless you
Thank you kindly, Ed.

Actually, I think it’s an AKG C12, The same one I use on my Mozart album
