Honestly I paid the re-sale price and I absolutely love the shoes despite small craftsmanship errors (mostly with the paint/dye) I don’t care if it catches OG heads or eyes of anyone. These are for me, not anyone else. Also really love that they have react cushioning bec I actually want to wear them. Also I’m glad the soles aren’t yellowish or have that “aged” look bec they aren’t aged, old, and they haven’t been worn. When my soles do yellow it’s bec I’ve worn them and they’ve aged.....That being said my Storm Blue Union 1’s are my favorite in my collection so I’m not against aged looking soles just feel like it gets overdone these days and I’m glad they didn’t go that route with these.
They added "React" so old ball players like myself can play in them. To get the vintage old look you desire, you have to play a few whole court games in them🤷🏿♂️
Struck out on SNKRS EU to instantly see floods of people selling them. Haven’t seen one person wear them yet! Would love to see you do your thing giving these the vintage treatment.
How’s the sizing on these? Do they fit tts or larger (like vintage)? I think you should let the midsole age naturally as you wear them, but I do agree that they looked a little better with that vanilla/coffee tint. Nice review, still itching to see a good on foot video of these.

However I know the resale is very subjective very deep issue but people pay over 1k for 70usd foam runners, a bunch of ultra mass produced yeezy 350 are still over 1k, 180usd cheap materials off white 1s are over 5k, travis 1s (that years ago would've been consider fake) are close to 2k and the examples go on and on.. So considering this.. This awesome high quality, mythical, grail... Has a.. And not necessarily monetary.. But this has a bigger value a greater meaning, i rather pay 1k for this than for any other shoe produced in the last 5 years. Should've been the Sneaker of the year in 2020. I love them.
Y'all notice the react part of the instep is black on Jordan's personal pair seen in pics & film? If You do a remix please make that area black. These also have a few air force 1 elements. All & all I'd leave them as released & just wear them a lot. I'd definitely put some sole protectors on them. If you can get a second pair? Go for it. Thanks for the videos bro
Y'all notice the air force 1 touches: 2 Small vent holes near the bottom of the upper. A thicker outsole & the red leather lace loop piece is nearly identical to an air force 1 high. These Nikes are history upon history. Hope You are well Vintage Man.

Got my pair from stockx the other day. The Air Jordan lettering on the back is all discolored on 1 shoe. I'm not trippin. They are still 100% flame throwers!!!
Love the story behind them, but the new beginnings pack pair is so nice, this colorway has the history, but it just doesn’t look nearly as nice... And I love my pair from the pack 😁😁

Are you sure that the original Air Ships said Air Jordan? To my knowledge, the Air Ship was worn by various players in the NBA. The difference was Jordan's pairs were mid tops as apposed to the other players wearing high tops. They all said Air Ship and not Air Jordan. If I'm wrong please let me know. Great video
The standard airships didnt, but MJ didnt wear the standard airships. He wore PE "player exclusive" airships. The 'banned' red/black PE airship did have air jordan on the back. While His white and red ones did have Nike Air on the back.
