Hi Deepa 🤗 If you use the frosting, you can keep it out for a day but after that you will have to refrigerate the cake (as it has hung curd). If you are asking just about the cake (without frosting), it can be kept out for a week. I usually keep the plain cake inside my oven, since it keeps it safe from excess moisture, and dust.
