    Fun fact: the blended carrot carrot cake is a method used in Brazil. People here dont use greated whole carrots like in the american carrot cake. Loved the recipe! ❤

    If I want to use cream cheese instead of hung curd how much shd I use ?

      Hi Surekha! Thank you for your interest in this recipe ❤️
      Since I haven’t tried it I cannot give an exact measurement, but try adding 120g of cream cheese to the white compound and whisk till combined. Add more if you think it will improve the taste of the same

      yep it's pretty much like greek yogurt, strained of all it's whey

      Hello Thomas, thanks for the query! The grated carrot adds texture while the one in the paste adds a lovely orange colour to the cake😄

    What is shelf life ? Do ws have to refrigerate.

      Hi Deepa 🤗
      If you use the frosting, you can keep it out for a day but after that you will have to refrigerate the cake (as it has hung curd). If you are asking just about the cake (without frosting), it can be kept out for a week. I usually keep the plain cake inside my oven, since it keeps it safe from excess moisture, and dust. Hope this helps!
