🟡🙏 How to MEDITATE with the NAMES OF GOD? - A NIGUN by Ruth Percowicz

🕎 The Hebrew Kabbalah proposes simple forms of connection with divinity and spiritual growth through Nigun (or melody). Letting ourselves flow in an intonation that elevates us and makes us feel good and intimately connected is one of the paths to Devekut or Union with the Creator.
The “fashionable” formulas that are scanned or repeated without enough Daat or Knowledge could bring different and denser results than what we are looking for.
Always the simplest and what serves each of us for having explored and experienced it, will be the best.
