How To: 3D Flowers Encapsulated in Edge Nails

Heya Duck In today’s video I’m going to show you how I create a 3D encapsulated chevron nail design with gold leaf and some other little bits and bobs, keep watching.
I'll start by removing the extra section of my sculpting forms as we won’t need that extra length today, I'll fold the form in half down the middle and then score the edge, and then I'll take my sculpting form off of the backing paper and remove the sticky tab and stick it on the underside of the form mirroring the hole where it came from, ill cut a small v shape where the form meets the hyponychium and ill make a cut either side of the form so that the finger won’t displace the form and ill fit my forms.
Now I'll prime the nail using the Acid free Primer and use my In the Buff Acrylic powder to bridge the gap between the free edge and the nail form, next ill place some gold leaf to give a nice texture as a base now I'll add some 3D flower to this using white-lightning acrylic powder ill place my bead and then create a croissant shape and then press that out with my brush to create the petal shapes and then to create the Leaf shapes ill place down a bead ill us my brush to form a leaf shape and then ill then ill press that out in alternating directions.
For my next trick I'll take two pots of acrylic liquid and ill and a few of my inks I'll use Amethyst, sapphire, and Aquamarine, I'll add Amethyst to one and Aquamarine and Sapphire to the other and then I'll use those with the Glass Slipper Acrylic and encapsulate my 3D flowers and when that has set up I’ll remove the forms.
Now I can file these into shape starting with my E-file and my purple Swarovski bit I'll remove any bulk barring in mind we are doing an edge shape, and then I can switch to my hand file and refine that shape.
I’ll clean over with the clean-up solution on a lint-free pad and then it’s time for bling! I have some crystals here from Crystal Parade and I'll use E-Nail Couture's gummy jelly to adhere the crystals, when I’m happy with the composition of the stones I'll cure those, and then I'll gloss top coat around those crystals, and cure them again to seal everything in to place, ill finish these off with a splash of cuticle oil and that’s it! When Kirsty said it looked vintage something, I thought of vintage tea sets/china sets. The way they would do those paintings on the porcelain and glaze over a color gives a similar effect to what Kirsty did here with the alcohol colors. Very beautiful.

Also note: Ozempic works one way, Mounjaro works off 3 receptors. So couple options out there. I know round here Ozempic is always out of stock for those who are not dignosed with actual diabetes.
Your exactly right. What’s so bad is you have diabetic individuals like myself who can’t get Ozempic like we need it for our diabetes not weight loss and now I’ve been in very dangerous situations with my sugar levels and A1C because of it.
@@melissadallas873i understand. My husband is diabetic. Hes never had any issues at our local pharmacy. We never use chain drugstores. But, i dont blame the patients for the shortage. Obesity and T2 diabetes is strongly related. So if a medicine can be used a preventative care, Im all for it. Ozempic makers know exactly whats up, they control how much goes out.
I have been having trouble getting my Mounjaro here in the U.S. It's helped bring my A1C way down.

I have a question about brushes, for some reason no matter what I do my brushes keep fluffing and becoming bushy, either cheap or expensive, I have no idea what I’m doing wrong and have watched countless tutorials 😣 does anyone have any ideas?
Well done Andrea. I hope she’s close to her target. Ozempic is what Sharon Osborne used to lose weight recently, she now weighs less than 7 stone. She lost 42 pounds (3 stone). She’s said she wouldn’t do it again. I do know that it’s a diabetic medication. In some places diabetics are finding it difficult to get hold of because it’s being purchased privately for weight loss.

I took ozempic I lost weight but it shuts down digestive system. After 2 months I got very sick from it and talk to my doctor and she took me off. My sister was on the other one and lost weight. Both of us were borderline diabetes.

When I try to encapsulated my 3d flowers, they seem to look a little "smushed" in the nail. Why might this be?

That Ozempic is actually dangerous. Please tell her to do more research. Over here in the US, it's causing necrosis of the intestines and even death.
That's what I was thinking as well. I have been seeing the clips where they have several class action law suits being filed against it for several different issues it is causing with people. So scary, these new drugs haven't been tested enough, in my opinion.
