  • Students in the broadcasting department created this program in response to the recent bias incidents on campus. This half hour special, recorded on MSU's Day of Unity (February 7, 2012), includes interviews with Dr. Karen Pennington, VP for Student Development and Campus Life, students from the LGBT community, students from different religious and ethnic backgrounds, a poem reading by Timothy DuWhite and a performance of the song Lean On Me by students Erica Appel, Garland Dance, Alex Rivera, and Julia Velmer. Also included was a discussion by student editors of the Montclarion and Broadcasting majors. Presented by the students, faculty and staff of the Department of Broadcasting, in association with The College of the Arts and the DuMont Television Center.

Yes, it was the Black students themselves who wrote the Graffiti . This was discovered in the security videos. So This fake "incident" generated much ado about nothing.

I hate people like that... Give peace a chance and live happily! Was the person ever caught?
