Madam effecient resources allocation mean to allocates company resources to higer npv or cashflow so to earn more by effecient resource allocation would be to acihive objective of maximising shareholder wealth that what it mean or in the public sector spending ecnomically to do certain thing or desried output to achive at lowest cost possible
