Love this house. It is one of my favorites. I've seen this video several times. It is cozy and homey, yet sophisticated and luxurious. The original family must have been wealthy farmers. So glad it's been kept up all these years.

Looks like a sun room or sun porch. Could be 3 season or maybe even 4 season. In any event, it is a beautiful house. Must have been a coveted homestead in it's day.
Live in it first. The book room as my law room. I like it to start my business , since it is agricultural. Bsybee Industries. I want to open up several businesses. Which I would like to see if it’s could be multi family like, almost like but not it’s a home for young adolescents that would be adjudicated from the court system. Being based on that that type of criteria and basically helping educate young adolescents throughout the country. Giving them a place to stay to build their own little tiny home or I could put several places & teach them the outdoors. Teach them to the survival skills for the outside World it’s too long to put on here. I’m interested, though I like the rooms. I have some people that can support me actually are family members they can live with me or we could start doing certain things. Like Scrolls the house of Jeremiah. The house color being yellow would work out perfect because of the name of Business Bsybee Industries. want to have a little Bsybee Antiques Shop just as you had mentioned. Several things, Bsybee Catering, Field Flower Florist LLC, Odds and Ends Misc., dog grooming, lots of things. Need to see price and and location.

It's called a four season room not three and also the room right off the kitchen is called a breakfast nook. Other than that it is a gorgeous house.
