I see so many talented individuals waste fortunes away buying dumb stuff like lambs, rolls, watches, and chains... The problem isn't buying these things, but how you are buying them.
You should never use earned income to pay for this junk. If you are into expensive liabilities, you should be paying for it using passive income. Thats why the average pro athlete or famous musician or rappers always go broke. Because they used their earned income, which cost them their time, to pay for something ridiculous like this AMG G Wagon I'm rolling in today.
Get your money right, and invest it in things that will produce enough passive income, that you can buy all this stuff and not have to worry about it later on...

I bought a car on finance which made me able to set up a business which paid for the car.

He works, takes the money he made from working then gets a loan(leverage/other people's money) and he buys an apartment building. Then he takes the revenue from that building and he pays the mortgage. Every dollar he makes beyond the mortgage goes into his pocket.... It's not free money, but it's like free money. He didn't have to work a 9to5 to get it. He just leveraged some money and set certain systems into place. That's what he means when he says don't buy this bullshit with your "own" money.

As far as Material things...it's just things we allow to tamper with our neurons in the brain to make these things satisfying, as suppose to an elderly person (70+), they can care less.

I hit the Florida Lottery in the near future, traveled to 5 extremely poor countries and visited tge slums. I put local villagers to work building small houses, a community center,, school and clean water to establish a better life for them. I only bought myself a new plane ticket to each place. When I settled down, i wrote a Best Selling novel about my journey in the near future.
