You guys actually helped me learn how to wrestle. For that, I thank you. Although it isn't real, I respect and love the sport. Keep up the good work. I'm excited to see more how to videos. Keep on bringing it.
That is very correct, and something else that others need to know is that certain wrestlers need certain skills to perform certain moves correctly, like the Undertaker's old school signature move, or Rey Mysterio's 619. Those moves cannot be performed by just anyone.
Thank you so much for your informative videos. I plan to use your material for a fight sequence in a local, community play in the small town I live in.
I enjoy these more basic move tutorials. Great to see this guys keep up the good work, also would you be able to show us some high spots or diving moves such as how to catch someone properly for a crossbody or something like that.
Thanks! I really need to learn some fake wrestling moves because me and my friends in the summer are thinking about making our own trampoline wrestling league. When I grow up, me and my best friend want to be in WWE.
Great Explained I've learned two of those strikes in my Wrestling Club the One where you put your hand on the opponent's Forehead and then punch your hand away from the Head and I've the Uppercut. When I hit the Uppercut I hit the Chin of my opponent with my Open hand I think this looks more like a real Uppercut the one that you're doing looks like a normal Punch to the Neck To be honest. My buddy does use the European Uppercut he almost really hit me in the Chin and Neck.
hi guys, really loving these vids. im interested in starting pro wrestling, really want to get started and these videos are really helpful. i saw a comment from you guys about a letter for starters, and would hence may i please have one from you guys? thanks
Will you please do a video explaining different tie-ups and a video explaining different submission moves (sharpshooter, figure 4 leg lock, Hells gate etc.)
Hey dudes, you've got great videos and all, but do these moves actually hurt if its done with more force? If these punches are used in a real fight, they tend to hurt if u use the scatch-like punch like randy orton..what r ur takes on this ?
Yep, I used to go backstage in the 80's when the WWE came to town and I used to see poor Kurt Henning popping pills and holding his back. In the ring he masked the pain and performed so the fans had no idea. Most of those guys were well in their late 30's and early 40's and most had ice and were nursing injuries.
hell's gate, shattered dreams, high cross, playmaker, regal stretch, walls of jericho, axe kick, bookend, rockbottom, spike piledriver,or rolling thunder. Any of those would be great :)
I'm currently training to be a wrestler, and believe me, as much as things are choreographed as in this video, shit hurts! Even simple back bumps hurt and when you are in the heat of the moment, people you train with get a bit aggressive. Safety is our main concern, not just for ourselves, but for our opponent. So as much as you say FAKE! LAME! and other crap like that, it hurts. Get in the ring if you think its so fake and face someone who is a professional.
Actually, the "uppercut" made popular by Kane is not a uppercut punch, and the WWE doesn't consider it as one either. What Kane is performing is a "throat thrust", which has an uppercut motion but instead having an open palm and striking the opponent's neck (or chin in reality) with your fingers. If you look closely while watching Kane perform it, or view the move in a WWE video game, you will clearly see that Kane is performing a "throat thrust", not an uppercut.
I have a request, I was doing a small live event a few days ago and tried to do an Alabama Slam but I kept messing it up. Can you please show me how to execute it so I don't hurt my oponent?
when i punch in a match, when i throw the punch, just before i hit him i unclench my fist so i sort of slap them and then on the way back but it back into a fist, is this ok? cus i haven't got anybody correcting me so far
They show these moves as a reference to come back to or to try something new to help learning that move, also to people about the age thing I'm 15 and in training but in order for me to train I had to sign a waiver to train so I'm going to learn moves and everything wrestlers learn AT MY OWN RISK and I love it so there's the age thing but also I'm training for the NWA so idk if that has to do with anything
So am I after highschool where you training about? only problem is I can't think of a good gimick to use if I ever make it to WWE or TNA. I have a few ideas but I don't think there good enough.
You learn from a wrestler. Breaking kayfabe is why the business is in the shape its in. There is a reason certain people were not allowed in. This video is one of them..

Anytime you give away secrets of our business its exactly what it means. Anytime you give publicly what should stay out of public it is. The traditions of our business being given away goes against ever single thing its about. If you think this is ok you should not be in the business. Make no mistake this is wrong.
appreciate the inside info, but the guy doesn't even mention the most important part: the noise made by the foot stomp at the precise moment of the fake punch

Nice vid. At times, guys still do get hit for real with legit punches in the face, with bruises, cuts & knocked out...it's quite dangerous, yep.

Can you do Split-Legged Moonsault Tuttorial and more Submisson moves? I learned alot from your Submisson Tutorials.

Attempted hulk-up at 5:23 haha
Kane goes full palm
Do the Rough Ryder woo woo woo you know it
I have a question? Do you remember the tern that means "keeping pro wrestling a secret"
kayfabe
could u teach some moves you invented that are for beginners? or rock bottom!
hey howtowrestle:
you should try to show the shooting starpress
or Sin cara`s finisher
One thing he has slightly wrong: a loose fist can be every bit as devastating as a closed-fist punch if you hit them in the right way.
appreciate the inside info, but the guy doesn't even mention the most important part: the noise made by the foot stomp at the precise moment of the fake punch
sounds like your ring is built upon stacks of pots and pans.
HAHAHA
Where can I get one of these rings?
you guys must love to wrestle
With the forearm strike, you do not hit them in the chest.. you actually hit them on the side of the neck with meaty part of your forearm
ok, this isnt one you would see in wwe, but could you please a move known as a crucifix driver?
Why you don´t make more videos? You didn´t make for 2 month
