chef, two suggestions 1) if you add little curd in the dough it gives slight creamy taste. 2) please provide titles of the ingredients on the screen when you add them, so people who don't listen the audio would know what is being added. Of course listening the audio is also very important as you give information about the effect of the things that are added.
And yes, a very nice recipe as all of your recipes.
