Genuine question. Are those types of head protection normal in Football practice wherever this is at? I know my old school had them dressed in full outfit and pads to practice. Or do they switch between this and contact?
This isn’t practice it’s 7on7 and some teams have the padded helmets and and some have regular helmets then most don’t have anything
