From the meter, You entered the disconnect above the live lugs, where is you hub(Myers hub) ? section 312. 2. The sealing lock nut is only one side, the inside, (fail). Will leak. The offset ripple is NOT listed for outside RT. So a Myers hub is required to seal the cabinet from the outside. ( listed fittings required). The meter has the offset ripple below the exposed lugs.
@johnn.freisen3952 the building inspector approved the sealing lock nut as installed. Do you have manufacturers' instructions that show that the sealing lock nuts have to be on both sides or any particular side?
@johnn.freisen3952 here's what I found:Code reference to the uses of Sealing Locknuts Sealing locknuts are UL listed under conduit fittings (DWTT) in the UL white book. "Sealing Locknuts-Sealing locknuts are intended for use with rigid metal conduit and intermediate metal conduit with one sealing locknut in the outside or the inside and either an ordinary locknut or a sealing locknut on the opposite side of the enclosure for wet locations or liquid-tight applications."
