My Brann was level 24 and set to Damage Dealer with the Unbreakable Iron Idol and Olden Seeker Relic. *Strategy* 603 item level so I didn't have enough damage to burst down the egg (It was very RNG whether Brann would help out or not). So I decided to lust on pull for two reasons: 1. I can use lust to help make sure I meet the damage check on first egg spawn. 2. Gives me enough damage to phase Zekvir at 60% before he spawns a second egg. Then in P2 I pop my damage trinket and DPS potion and try to burn him down as quickly as possible. You can ignore the first egg and just polymorph the spider when it spawns (I got trolled with a weird spawn and a cast got off, somehow I survived but this should've 100% been a wipe). Then you pretty much want to kill him before the second egg hatches.
Thx for the energized barriers hint! around 50/60 trys with 597 ilvl and brann lvl 25. Really cool fight. I even died at the same time the boss died :D Had some low % deaths before. One thing i can recommend is the combat curio "idol off final will" where brann looks in your direction and shoots a big blast (4-7mil noncrit in the epic version) in that direction. It also lined up perfectly with the first cocoon (sometimes brann gets feared while doing it and that sucks) which i couldnt kill on my own most of the times.
It was pre hotfix. You did 120M hence Brann did 70M and he was tanking the boss most of the time allowing you to stand and cast avoiding damage from Zekvir autoattacks. This is no longer possible. Zekvir will follow you all the time and Brann is doing much smaller damage now.
Try it after Zekvir got buffed. Brann no longer tanks him, he is doing now much lower dps and you cannot affort to stand and cast while he is attacking you.

This is very very hard now, and im a 619 mage. Would be nice to free cast, let brann tank, free cast, and bran making a lot of damage. The ammount of personnal i have to pop and track is insane!
Idk for other leathers, yet the boss damage is somewhat bearable for feral, yet absolutely ridiculous for bear (tanks tuning for zek'vir and high lvl delves in general, seems to be messed up). Yet it didn't matter, since I simply couldn't burn the eggs on time.
should have done it earlier. Doing 20 mil more damage in 35-45 sec than you and still no where close to pushing him into shield phase. Brann just super nerfed.. Feels bad

The only way for me to be able to survive at all is to let enfeebling spit, or w/e it’s called, hit and counterspell the rejuvenating carapace. Zevkir sometimes does RC twice in a row, so I can’t interrupt it. If you mess up and counterspell the spit, it’s a wipe. This fight if fucked in its current state.
Awesome as always! In a somewhat related way I went and tried mage tower. Got absolutely dunked. I saw your video of downing it super fast. Do you think something changed or is broken? Could you do a new guide or updated one on mage tower?
Yet the tuning is kinda unfair. Tried with 593 feral, and I can sustain aroun 700-750k dps, yet I still cannot nuke the eggs fast enough, especially given I have to move out of the boss' cleave. Hibernating the add or saving big cds for eggs isn't helping much too, as since you lose DPS on boss, he'll spawn more eggs, and eventually, you won't have anything to count them or survive through stuns + boss damage. The best pull I had was around 50-55%. Probably, will give up until I get set bonus and around 605-610 ilvl. UPD. Also, as I understood from solo Zek'vir kills, 4/4 curios and pumped Brann make a huge difference (I mostly have 1-2/4 curios and lvl 15 Brann).
I'm trying it on my 608 monk, the issues i'm having is that Brann purposely stands in every mechanic, including the fear, and then the boss casts the shield/dot right after each other. I only have 1 interrupt, brann has the other. Brann is either dead, feared, or just doesn't bother casting it. That is bad design. The webs I can sometimes kill by myself, but if brann decides to swap target, it will die quickly. There is no way for me to control who he attacks, so it's completely random. I also hate how sometimes the web can spawn a few steps away from you, or at the other side of the arena, up the stairs in the corner, like, what the fuck can I do about that?
Hey! I'm new to arcane and wow in general, what should I aim for in regards to stat prio? I'm currently 11% crit, 18% haste, 28% mastery and 5% versatility. I'm trying to lower my crit to about 5% and increase my haste to about 25% percent, is this a good approach, or should I go for as much mastery as possible?
Damn were you able to solo tier 11 also? I was confident until I got to some of the boss fights, Brann just feels useless. Obviously I'm not as good a player as you but I feel like I just pull aggro and then get chased around. Started clearing them with a group after that Crazy achievement man, played so well. Also another dumb question, how do you setup your kick? I made a mouseover macro as per someone's recommendation but half the time I feel like it doesn't work.
I use this mouseover macro to set my focus target: /focus [@mouseover] And then I use this macro to kick the focus target (also sets the kick target as your focus if you don't already have one): #showtooltip /stopcasting /focus [@focus,noexists] /cast [@focus] Counterspell
T11 is easy mode compared to this fight after the buff. I'm not expecting the OP to update the video to reflect that he cannot do this any longer. If he can let's see the new video. :)

Well Played! more players need to see this video and know that Delves are indeed Solo content, they just arent braindead easy. you gotta utilize your kit and pump the damage! and you did this with 603 gear, not even max ilvl for Season 1, that proves that if someone cant Solo Zekvir, it's a skill issue.
They hotfixed to add 90m more HP and reduce bran's ability to do dmg / tank the boss consistently. Aka its almost impossible now as a mage solo (at current gear levels)

Try it again when arcane gets nerfed. No casting pushback and super quick casts. Sure you have lust up, however those blasts were fuckin broken speed wise. Fastest it's been in an xpac, and further reflects wows direction. You wouldn't have finished the mage tower that easily, and it was pretty dull content, but this is just fuckin braindead /sleep irl.

What would you guess the % needed for haste,mastery etc? I've read quite a few different break downs of what is needed.

you dont need to do T11 to acess this, only T10 and you can do it in a group as well (T10 I mean)

Yep once you complete a delve on tier 11 you unlock the ?? difficulty for Zekvir's lair. Completing this gives you the void skin for the delve mount.
