I work in cubase as my DAW, drum sample wise its a mix of a few different drum libraries from GGD as well as SSD and then i stack heaps of one shots from stuff ive recorded over the years to get the sound i want from it all. Hope that helps dude!!
Where are the tempo changes specifically??
I am working on a way i can make the videos to show the changes but if you download the midi you get the wav so adjust accordingly so it matches!
