One last thing you can one shot wis since you are level something around the teens but train har. Take care.
Chi Chi if you to the world map and select West city you will be able to buy healing items inside west city but u need Zeni which is ur currency also to get more Zeni u need to sell ur items that u gain from adventuring through the world map and the story missions of this game, now in the next episode go and buy heals or by Bulma's machines that she has outside her house also inside Planet Namek which Bulma's machines are also there to now go buy ur healing items Chi Chi. I almost forgot to tell you how to use the healing items, so what you have to is on the healing items you bought there should be a option where you can put it in ur plate once you put the healing items inside the plate when ur in a battle or a boss fight just press the button on the healing items which should be on the same way you use for super attacks and you can spam the healing items as much as you want or until u hit full health on the character your using, with the healing items you shouldn't get any game overs as much anymore, now I hope my feedback was useful for you Chi Chi if you need anymore help on Kakarot then just message my Twitter which is @RUclips_Draven and I will help you will anything you need help with on Kakarot.
