it doesn't i would not follow this recipe, as she said the alcohol needs to be around 70% the solution here has a maximum of 50% this has the same problem when people tried to use cheap vodka as a disinfectant, however she is also right about 90% alcohol being skin irritant, i would defiantly stick to commercially made wipes.
How can diluted alcohol retain its original strength? That doesn’t make sense to me math wise.
