I just cook the mince like normal and assemble them. It's way less greasy. The other way was too much meat for me at one bite. Half of one Gave me meat sweats
That bagel looks pretty dense. They are meant to be, but not that dense! I was trying to search GC for you to find somewhere like we have in Melbourne. I’m Jewish, so we eat a lot of bagels lol but you guys don’t have Aviv’s or Glicks there. Don’t buy them from the supermarket, they are never fresh and always so dense, chewy and thick.
