Can we argue on behalf of Fact in Bail petition? I have dought that while doing Bail argument is it allowed to speak about evidences which they could filed in FIR?
In gujarat both In session and high court some judges are not allowing advocates to explain the facts and argue on merits even not ready to listen sir Dear sir please explain how to arque in change in circumstances what to speak and what point to be raised especially after charge sheet Thank you sir

But mere ghar valo ne meri saadi kahi kara di. Jab meri job lagi to ladki ne pressure diya saadi ka. Me nahi kar sakata bataya to 376 lagva diya. Sir kya karu samaj nahi aa raha h. Bail rejecte kar rahi h court.
You see my friend "people may lie but situation doesn't". Its a well settled legal principle. In every case there are facts stated by the state and the facts stated by defence. If you are defending, you say your facts with evidence if possible.

How can pure alleged facts based on which FIR got lodeged and that is being investigated further, help in bail matter??
You see my friend "people may lie but situation doesn't". Its a well settled legal principle. In every case there are facts stated by the state and the facts stated by defence. If you are defending, you say your facts with evidence if possible.
Bcoz if people start to get held up by the investigation facts. Then we would have been living in the 100 % conviction state.
So talk to the client and find out his facts and understand that humans are very complicated species.
