Love watching your trips. Just picked up some diesel for $186.9 in Newcastle NSW. Some of the places I would love to go are Flinders Ranges, Kimberley, Kakadu, Arnhem Land, Gibb River Road, Bungle Bungles, Wave Rock, Marble Bar, Burketown, Suvannah Way & heaps more.🥰
Looking forward to this series. Last time I was at Uluru, it was still Ayres Rock, you could still climb it and it was 1976 ! Looking forward to taking the van back there.
Great episode Feelgoods 👍 Absolutely love the flinders ranges, and Farina - epic volunteers, they have done so much work . Great camp spot too! Diesel Maryborough Qld 199.9cpl.
I’m obsessed with the outback. Can’t get enough of the Red Dirt. Love it all. Grateful to get my fix through your family adventures. Look forward to every episode 👍
We love Farina and it’s worth going back when the bakery is operating ☺️. It’s great to see Leigh Creek is still going; the last time we were out there, the town was at risk of disappearing due to the mine closure. And the quandong pies aren’t three bad, are they? The whole area is just sensational. The Explorers Way is on the return visit list for us! Happy travels, guys. PS, Do pyjamas have an inside out? 😂😂😂
Such great memories! Hahaha!! PJ’s definitely have an in and out and reverse - Jasper has formed a habit of putting his PJ top on back to front…. And he knows it’s back to front and is really happy about it 😳😅😂
Definitely some Bucket List Destinations there - looking very much forward to the episodes ahead! The Explorers Way is one full of history and adventure- can’t wait to do it ourselves!
Our favorite place that we can't wait to visit is Lawn Hill. We booked into Lawn Hill for June 2023, but our stay was cancelled due to the massive Qld floods. We booked again for Sept 2023, only to have the booking cancelled again as the National Park was still closed. Hopefully we can get there some time in 2024. Can't wait as I've heard how very special the place is.
We had the pleasure of Len Beadell as our "Guest Speaker" at the Rotary Club of Laurieton Inc. Usually guest speakers only have roughly 10 to 15 minutes to "Tell their story" Len was a really funny character and he captivated his audience for over 1 hour and 45 minutes and still they did not want him to stop there. Len and his small team planned The Gunbarrel Highway as well as planned to Womera Rocket Range - Read his life story at Wikipedia and be ready for brilliant entertainment !
We last camped at Farina 25 years ago. I’m a Baker and would love to see the bakery there now back in action again. It’d be so cool seeing the original oven in use and the bread would just taste so much better
We would love to have one of those travel guide books for we are going travelling in our motorhome around Australia for the first time. We have been watching you on youtube for the past 12 months seeing where we can go with our motorhome safely to so many places and you guys are so great with showing people different areas where they can travel. Thank you
Hi David, how incredible are the National Parks in the NT!! One of our favourite memories was visiting Florence Falls in Litchfield!! Can’t wait to go back 💙🇦🇺🙌
We can’t wait to get back to SA. , next time you go through this region. Stop at Beltana, it’s as interesting as Farina but they re actually restoring the buildings. The community hall has a wonderful art collection in the cellar. Oh. Take the back road from Leigh creek it’s a beautiful drive. Safe travels carolyn and Stephen
Thankyou for sharing this. We are planning this trip now for July. This book would be awesome as I believe you could miss so much. First time in our van. We have been outback in our swag and I’m obsessed with the of grid camping the red dirt sun rises and sun sets. But the clear skies at night and stars get me and trying to get the perfect photo is on the list of must.
Wonderful narrative and videography! Farina would be on my bucket list. Will be heading up the Explorer's Way in the next few weeks. Look forward to more of your great travel adventures and recommendations.
We would love one of the books, the boss has just retired and we now have a van. capable of doing our trip from the far south coast to peterborough to visit our friend Judy then to farina been nagged about it for some years then to see my cousins up at Darwin. Explorers Way is definitely on my list. Visited the Parachilna Prairie Hotel recently and was very disappointed, looks great from outside, opened the door and almost walked out! More of a city pub than a proper classic outback pub. Planning a trip to Farina in about 6 weeks time.

We are planning a trip to cape York in the first half on next year and will be travelling from vic and going up through the centre of NSW and QLD so can’t wait
We loved our Cape roadtrip - the only thing we’d do differently would be to spend more time at the falls 🇦🇺🍻💙
Hi guys luv watching you. We head off next month for our trip around Oz, so the explores way would come in super handy. We watch to go to Tasmania for a month. 🤞
Thank you! You must be buzzing about your trip!! Enjoy every minute 😊
