I found it very hard as a new mother, not much sleep. Any help from the husband is huge. Tom is shocking calling her shabby and the baby stinky. Exactly I found it so hard to get to the bathroom let alone brush my hair and put lipstick on. I had a housegirl so the house was clean. Tom is a creep. My husband injured my back and only once, just once did he pick up the baby to give it to me to breastfeed at 3 am. It was so much easier for me just that little bit of help. I don’t understand how a man can’t love and help.
Looking after a child is a life work. Unreasonable to expect a wife to raise the mistresses child, unless she was sterile and desperate. In which case the sterile wife should or could be very happy and be a good mother.
Indeed it’s wonderful after a duccessful divorce. No longer an abusive husband messing with one’s head and giving abd time to the children.
