"And here's Mark, marking a centermark mark..." :) Turned out fantastic! I really like the look of the laser-cut turkey on the walnut. Super sharp!

Such a cool design! I never knew these were a thing until you talked about it on the podcast, and it's even cooler looking than I imagined!

You gave me a template about 5 years ago for the pedestal mounts for deer and I've been making them for me and my friends every hunting season since.. Everybody loves them! I was just scrolling through RUclips and came across this one for turkey. Thank you for sharing man you do great work!

After hearing you talk about it on a few episodes it was awesome to see it come together. It really looks way better than I envisioned. I think you did a great job. The template seems very well thought out.

Love the clean design that likely makes it easy to batch out of for a hobbyist to pull off with the templates. Now to hit the google to figure out what a turkey beard is...

OK, that's just weird. Now I don't feel weird about about my rogue body hair. ;)

Lol! That's good stuff. I take for granted that I've just known that about turkeys my whole life. Sometimes I forget that some people might not know a turkey has a chest mullet, and they call it a beard.

Makes me wish I lived in an area where there were Turkeys..
It almost looks like a Thors Hammer without the tail in it.

I guess it does. My vision was that it very slightly resembles a turkey's head and neck looking straight on.

For a moment, I thought that you had used a CNC to carve the feathers out of walnut; then I realized that they were actual feathers and not part of the piece. Still cool though.

That would be awesome! But I think it's beyond my programming abilities.

I thought you carved the feathers from #UnnecessaryWalnut.
