Andor is how the Star Wars galaxy is supposed to look like 90% of the time. Jedi are an extreme minority of the galaxy's population even before Order 66. Seeing them everywhere and everytime is a distorted view of this universe.
There were over 200 Jedi at the Battle of Geonosis. Somehow, even though they go back there several times in the Clone Wars, most of those 200 Jedi died off screen during Attack of The Clones yet they didn't become extinct from going back any of those times, but there can potentially be thousands of Force users all over the galaxy. Plus, focusing on boring ass non-Force users is a distorted view of the franchise.
And you don't have to have force users as a focus theres still plenty of interesting things to see and do without them the problem is you need competent creative writers and preferably advisors like the clone that takes on the crab droid he was an actual soldier that advised in a couple scenes
i remember that during premiere of Andor, many people said that Andor was not SW because there were no Jedi there. It seems to me that Disney makes shows for these braindead people. It's sad that some people see Star Wars as just magicians running around with glowing sticks
The whole point of the era it's set in is that the Jedi were all but wiped out. In the OT you had Luke, Obi-Wan, Darth Vader the Emperor and eventually Leia. Kanan a former padawan who reached knighthood after training Ezra in Rebels. Ahsoka was introduced in the Animated Clone Wars series and basically did nothing after leaving the Jedi Order before turning up in Rebels. The ST couldn't keep the story straight between movies and the Ashoka series would have worked better in the 80's where there was actually people who knew what they were doing!
@@OsellaSquadraCorse Yes! Glad to see another Auralnauts fan! Auralnauts are able to make a wacky story of a bunch of high party boys vs overly corporate mega-entertainment corporation more emotionally deep and entertaining than whatever the heck Disney is doing...
This isn't the Jedis fault. Disney doesn't understand Jedi. They flat out claim that Ahsoka isn't a Jedi. They've been trying to shaft Lucas's legacy for a decade now.
She isn't a Jedi though. She left the Jedi Order and refuses to abide by a lot of the Jedi Teachings. This was established in the Clone Wars, Rebels, and Mandolorian shows. She is not a Jedi.
The problem with her being a Jedi like prequel Jedi is, she'll still think she's right about everything, but just sit around and ignore obvious signs she and everyone she knows is about to die.
Same here! Early on, it was that much more of a surprise to actually see one. I remember large scale PvP battles with dozens of players where each side only had three or four Jedi and they commanded all the attention when they were at the frontlines. It felt so much more authentically star wars
Feels good even if its just a digital accomplishment, my favorite MMO got infiltrated by people enabling the low effort entitled whinners. Those enabling it anywhere know darn well the consequences long term, specially by the younglings. The social experiments have been here for a while.
Yeah the revamp sucked ass, was the best guild on Chimera, and a friend had grinded for super long, found a holocron etc so he could be come one, and it was hard as fuck, remember when my friend and I was chasing a Jedi for like 3 hours trying to kill him, back when they where superpowerful, but the damn combat revamp killed it all.
I think the biggest problem is the philosophy and religion behind the jedi and sith. In the OT, you got Yoda and Obi-wan discussing the force in a spiritual way. The sequels expanded on that with shades of Taoism, Buddhism, Christianity, Nihilism, and Humanism. In the KOTOR/Old Republic series, games and books full of force users, we get deep philosophical discussions about humanism vs determinism. Modern Disney Star Wars lacks any of that. We just have Filoni copying Asian films thinking that makes his projects "deep". They even started calling the remaining Jedi without a master "Ronin".
I had never heard of that star wars game, but the idea of a open galaxy pvp game having a very hard and long questline to unlock a lightsaber that would draw a lot of unwanted attention to you is exactly what I've wanted in a star wars game for so long.
There are unofficial servers going for the original game I think. Might want to search for it. The game was called Star Wars Galaxies. I actually ran a guild of about 200 people on there. You could also construct whole cities yourself, using player structures.
I once hung around a Dark Jedi while he was blatantly showing off his rave laser stick and spoopy wizard powers just a few clicks from Corellia City. He was just beating up humanoid and animal mobs in full view of myself, while I was laughing about it in chat with my guild mates. I bet the dingus got a nice bit chunk of Visibility for his troubles. I still find it funny, over a decade later.
And it wasn’t like they said go here, do that quest, and get these items. The way to do it got out fairly quickly, but for a bit everyone had to figure it out on their own.
How the hell did Dave Filoni, responsible for writing a brash, impulsive and impatient teenager with force powers get it into his head that everyone can use the force, unless they're impatient in a show NAMED AFTER THAT CHARACTER
Go back and watch Clone Wars Season 1 Episode 1. In it Yoda is with the clones resting in a cave, Yoda clearly tells those clones that the force can be felt and used by all, even them. My point is, Dave Filoni has been trying to change the “force” of a very long time but his efforts were either excused or went unnoticed.
You are assuming that it was his idea instead of something mandated at him by Kathleen Kennedy. Just because he is the writer doesn't mean he has 100% creative control.
The show brought up that the sense of urgency would not sped up the Force training. But then in the final episode Sabine was using the Force efficiently through urgency. Once again, going against what was established.
Contrary to what Disney thinks It's not actually feminist, it's the opposite. Sabine was a badass female character that didn't need any hax to succeed. Now, she needs special powers to keep up when previously she did just fine without them. Ironically by giving her more power they made her weaker as character.
Either that or there is some sort of underlying message you are failing miserably to get, thus taking your lack of comprehension out verbally in the comment section of some random video.
@@LegendsLiteratureyou can see Kathleen Kennedy's Masterbation Wish Fulfillment on display in all these movies: Brunette, British, attractive (okay Indy 5 chick failed the attractive part) and so damn strong and independent if the MEN would just get outta her way!
She should have had an identity crisis as a mandalorian instead. In the mandalorian and BOBF, it is established that surviving mandalorians like the children of the watch blame Bo Katan being gifted the darksaber by Sabine for the destruction of mandalore, believing Bo's rule was cursed by not honorably winning the blade (Side note: Ezra is technically the last legitimate mandalore as the Nightsisters were in possession of the Darksaber when they made Maul run away and Ezra defeated the spirit possessing Sabine and then used the darksaber to kill the nightsister spirits, if he kept the darksaber instead of leaving it, he would have had a legitimate claim, i find it hilarious that Ezra was technically the leader of mandalore for a minute or two before leaving the blade behind for Sabine to pick up). It would have been a far better arc to have Sabine forgive herself and wear her armor once again to save her best friend instead of just completely displacing Ezra as he now brings nothing to the table that Sabine doesn't as she has the force.
It entirely cancels out her established character history and previous arcs. She was never trained in the force because SHE CANNOT BE TRAINED in using the Force. (This was established in the Rebels series, multiple times.) Having her be force sensitive now removes all of that.
I just had a comment section fight with Corey Datapad over the fact Sabine being forced sensitive is just another example for Disney ruining star Wars and it made no sense for her to be either. Guess what he called me for saying that?

I love this take. It is a very controversial take in online Star Wars communities, because part of something “feeling like Star Wars,” such as Andor, is precluded by lightsabers and force and, loosely speaking, iconography. The problem is that, what often comes with the territory here is *style over substance,* and too many Star Wars fans are fans of Star Wars as a stylistic expression and not as a substantive fiction. Lightsabers and the force are *cool,* and so fans will swallow *a great deal* of average storytelling, then drink in Star Wars’ (admittedly) solid world building, blend the two together with gratuitous amounts of *headcanon,* then discuss these as if they are actual arguments for the substantive quality of the Star Wars *story.* What they don’t realize is that the substantive fiction being better in the past *is why* they, to this day, prefer the original trilogy, the world building is why they appreciate the prequels, and all of this is why the sequels and most content since get thrown into the discount bin. The Jedi *are* ruining Star Wars, and too many Star Wars fans uncritically examine the fiction at a very shallow depth, which aids and abets this narrative dysfunction.
_"Style over substance"_ is a perfect way to encapsulate nigh all modern additions to extant franchises. Like what has NuWars added to the franchise that has had any staying-power within either the fandom or the broader audience? Say what you will about the prequels, but at least they expanded the Star Wars lore. Modern Star Wars has done nothing of the sort, and has been content to just recycle and pillage ideas from the old EU instead of adding something new to the canon.
@@PeregrinTintenfish pretty much. Any time I hear them talking about "recapturing the magic of the OT," I immediately know they mean "let's make it in the style of the OT and add nothing new."

I'm in two minds with this show. Honestly, I feel like they shouldn't of made it at all or at the very least this should have been rebels season 5 done in animation
I wonder how much screen time would be left of ASShouka if you edit out all the useless stares, extremely slow walking, waiting, scenes that has no point at all etc.
There is no comparison, one is said by a greatly written character in a greatly written story with sense and continuity in mind, the other is said by a puece of shit sabine wren written by a creep who has a hard-on his female characters
If they wanted to give Sabine force powers, just do it a lot more slowly. Cut the scene where she force pushes Ezra, and change the scene where she force pulls the light sabre so that she is only able to do it on the brink of death and the light sabre barely and clumsily hits the dude choking her, giving her a moment to escape
Or just have her be skilled in lightsaber combat. While being force sensitive helps, you don't need to be a Jedi to be good with a lightsaber. It's apparently just getting used to a blade that only has weight in the handle.
Sabine was already interesting without the power of the force. In SW Rebels, she was the demolition expert and great with her blasters. She was taught how to use a lightsaber, and the story for the Darksaber episode was fantastic. Then, the Ahsoka series just dumps her with the ability to use the force. It's just pointless, Filioni....

Star Wars the Old Republic allows you to be force sensitives and non-force sensitives classes. There are just as many Smugglers or Troopers as Jedi or Sith in the game. I'd even say I enjoyed my play through as a Bounty Hunter more than either of the Jedi 'classes'.
Star Wars without Jedi is same as crimestory without mystery and problem is somewhere else. In original trilogy become Jedi is personal growth, in prequel trilogy Jedi are just one example of falling Republic and in sequels...

Like how do you know when you feel the force, people who are force sensitive have always just known and for someone like Sabine who felt nothing before awakening it what was she trying to do when she tried to move something, how why what was she thinking and feeling during those moments when she tried to tap into a power she didn't even fathom it's like explaining the ability to see to a completely blind person where do you even start.
Uh no? Anakin definitely didn't KNOW for a fact he was Force sensitive. Most of them didn't before they were taken in by the Order because they're stolen as babies to be indoctrinated properly which is why it didn't work on Anakin.
@@OG-ColorfulAbyss. When I use the term "know" I mean in a sense they know how to tap into the power the training is for learning how to control and master their power. What Sabine was trying was to actually activate said power when the activation of their powers has never really been the issue it's getting good at using them.
The problem isn't the Jedi themselves, but rather Disney's cultural marxism, the concept that "everyone is special if they believe hard enough". Coupled with the watering down of lore, their teachings, their training. Now it's all a big game of self-inserts, starting with Reva. No one complained about the Jedi in the post RoTJ EU, in fact many of them are the best EU characters: Mara Jade, Kyle Katarn, Corran Horn, the Solo siblings, Cade Skywalker. Why ? Because they had depth, agency and were dynamic characters that evolved through time.
You open up with a statement about "cultural Marxism" but include nothing about cultural or Marxist about what Disney is doing here. It's lazy writing. Pure and simple. It's quite clear there isn't really a clear vision of what they want outside of being able to keep the franchise relevant for as long as possible for as cheap as possible and profiting from it. If anything, watering down something so that you can sell it to a more broad audience actually sounds more like a capitalist take and Disney has always followed the laziest way to make a buck. People did complain about the Jedis of the Legends continuity, especially later on where they really start sounding like fan fiction and suffered from different writers having different ideas all at once. Star Wars isn't any stranger to bad writing and Disney's continuity isn't really any exception.
@@hyperion3145I must respectfully disagree to a point. The problem is that the cultural marxism is driving the proliferation of bad writing because they enforce intellectual hegemony (their word, not mine) on all their writers and so no one is able to gamble or deviate from the accepted narrative. Case in point, the fact that you can pretty much watch Star Wars now and, with a few noted exceptions, tell who the villain is based on their race and gender. This is entirely in line with both communist and fascist propaganda films of the 1920's and 30's. Also, cultural marxism drives down the quality of writing because it dismisses works that were previously noted as classics. so much of the problem with Hollywood writers now is they don't know any of the great literary works of ancient Greece or Rome, or the Renaissance and Shakespeare, or Dickens and Poe, or Tolkien and Steinbeck or really anyone else because so many of those works are dismissed as the work of "dead straight white males." Echo Chamberlain had a fantastic video on this showing that while so many of these people have degrees in screenwriting, none of them know almost anything about classic works of literature or the psychology behind it. That's not a capitalism problem, it's actually a university problem. The fact that so many of these people are out of places like Dartmouth and Sarah Lawrence and other such institutions should not be discounted. Also, we know that Disney is hiring writers and directors based on cosmetic features (Hispanic, woman, lesbian, etc.) and not on any prior work or pitched ideas. That's something that's become a glaring problem not just with Disney but with Hollywood is they're just giving these massive tentpoles to people who don't have any serious experience with either the source material or making movies or TV. That's a lot of what went wrong with the MCU, Rings of Power, The Witcher, etc. That's a big part of what's watering everything down, if they were actually following the principles of Laissez Faire as laid down by Adam Smith their product would actually get better over time, not worse. Anyways, that's my two cents.
@@hyperion3145 >"but include nothing about cultural or Marxist about what Disney is doing here." > Promptly ignores my points about participation trophy and inserting Mary Sues at every corner. I don't disagree with the lazy writing and lack of vision statement, but these issues are rooted into hamfisting their moronic ideology anywhere. What better exemplifies this than Mando Season 3 or Ahsoka ? So much obsession for "female empowerment", while trying so hard to portray someone as awful as Bo Katan as righteous. "If anything, watering down something so that you can sell it to a more broad audience actually sounds more like a capitalist take and Disney has always followed the laziest way to make a buck." Are you so incapable to see their double standards ? Their practices are purely capitalistic in the broadest sense, but their under the umbrella of "messages", "inclusion", "diversity". "People did complain about the Jedis of the Legends continuity, especially later on where they really start sounding like fan fiction and suffered from different writers having different ideas all at once. " These are moronic complaints. While yes, I can understand the problem of conflicting writers, like Karen Traviss or Troy Denning, whining about it being "fanfiction" while seal clapping at Ahsoka or TCW is a double standard "Star Wars isn't any stranger to bad writing and Disney's continuity isn't really any exception" Except you refuse to admit Disney's politicized stance and total lack of creativity or ingenuity, given their entire catalogue is centered around the Rebellion vs Empire.
Remember also that palpatine killed the entire jedi order without using the force, when he did against yoda he had already won anyway even if he died. So no characters dont NEED the force to be good.

None of them Force sensitives. Well, except for that one chick in Wraith Squadron or Corran Horn in Rogue Squadron, but I wasn't thinking about them when I wrote this comment.
The Jedi aren't ruining star wars. They are star wars. Bad writing is what's killing it. Have a well written product that respects what the IP was before 2012 with Jedi and it will be the best thing Disney could produce.
This is why I don't get the criticism of Andor for "not having Jedi or lightsabers". Good writing, characters, and story are all you need. There was a time when being a Jedi was a unique thing. It was something special….now everyone’s a damn Jedi. Not only that, but I for one like the idea of a Light and Darkside and I hate the idea of Grey Jedi as they were never a thing, not in the old EU, or the New Canon, George Lucas himself says that that’s not how the force works. In any case it’s ridiculous that everyone is a Jedi, this “Democratize the Force” nonsense is stupid
that is the latest approach to everything if you think about it- just WANT strong enough and the scientific facts will succumb and here same is applied to the idea of force- want it enough and the world will bend

The worse part is that we all know where this is going. No matter how many Jedi they shove into their series, how many Padawans or Knights or whatever else...we know there is not gonna be Jedi at the end of it because of the Disney Trilogy. So why we should be even remotely excited seeing one? I've not seeing the serie, and I can't give a shit about it.
If all it took was PRACTICE and TRAINING, then _everyone_ would be an olympic runner, or an astrophysicist, or professional sports star, or a chemical engineer. But as nice as a sentiment as that is, the simple fact is NOT EVERYONE is capable of doing every possible task. Practice won't help you if you are genetically or mentally incapable of accomplishing it. There is a certain movie called Monster's University... Its a prequel, most people consider it kinda mid. But one thing a lot of people like about the movie is its message. That sometimes you simply _can't_ do it. Not everyone has the talents or abilities needed to do it. But just because you're bad at one thing doesn't mean you won't excel at something else. Sabine is NOT force sensitive... So WHY make her a Jedi? Clearly her strengths directly contradict the requirements of becoming a Jedi. She would do a much better job as a Mandalorian... Y'know, the thing she was _intended_ to be when the character was conceptualized. :/
The Jedi are definitely ruining Star Wars, because we were told that Luke Skywalker was the Return of the Jedi after they were all wiped out. Then suddenly, survivor after survivor after survivor after survivor after survivor after survivor of Order 66 appears. More Jedi! More! More! Even more! Not only that, but all of these characters are trash. Ahsoka was a good character in the clone wars, but she needed to end there like all the other Jedi did. They should have done with Ahsoka what they did to Andor and Jin Urso. It made no sense to keep her alive, and it made even less sense bring her back after RotJ to just randomly show up and start acting like the main character. At least they had the good sense to kill Kanaan off and banish Ezra to the shadowrealm, but now they've even undone that. It's so goddamn humiliating.
The surviving abdominal light saber stabs is the most ludicrous thing in Disney Star Wars. Why is Obi Wan and Qui Gon dead then? Why is ANYBODY that has been killed by a light saber dead then?! SO stupid.
Alright, there's lots of ways a game can die and I never heard of this one. Is there anything available to get ahold of the first version you talked about that was so successful? Or is it an all-online deal?
The concept of Jedi are not ruining Star Wars it's the concept that EVERYONE can become a jedi which is a huge fucking problem that messes up canon in a huge way.
Neat how a mandolorian who was born after Order 66 was issued needed to be protected from Order 66, despite not being a Jedi. Order 66 was for Jedi only. Not all "force sensitive" people.
Honestly when it comes to Star Wars I always liked the ships and space battles far more than anything Jedi related. In OG Star Wars Battlefront 2 spaces battles were my favorite thing in the game.
The only quibble I have with your analogy is this. Muscle, in our world, is just as much due to genetics as the Force/Midiclolorians. So if you don’t have the genes, you can train your ass off, eat a ton, and take every steroid known to man and still look not impressive. Otherwise, awesome video, as always!
Sadly Star Wars just doesn’t work anymore due to how terrible they portray literally everything and every one. Both the protagonists and antagonists are just incompetent and the world of Star Wars is just “Same shit, different people/ planet name”
i'm one of the few that wants to see dogfights. the whole damn franchise has 3 good dogfights. 2 from the og movies and the rogue one. star wars =/= flipping psychic monks. prequels to me proved that not even lucas cared about dogfights.
Two options: A) a horrendously written show with bad characters, plot, world building, no planning ahead/foreshadowing etc. but Jedi / Sith in it (Ahsoka) B) a well written show with a coherent, sound plot, engaging characters / character dynamics, clear arcs and planning etc. but no Jedi / Sith in it (Andor) i think the large majority would agree that B is a better option than A for star wars on any level. I agree that a hypothetical option C, with the writing of B, and the "star wars-ness" of A would be more interesting, but I fail to see how anyone could pick A.
Ashoka went from ok to terrible faster than any piece of media I can remember. Sabine going from force inept to master Jedi was the greatest joke in Star Wars history
As far as i know, being a force user was a mix of birth and Training. You needed the ability to use the force, and the Training to make use of it. While there are special Force abilities that are innate, most are the product of training and allignment. Not to mention only the Force, Light Saber combat is a Martial Art and takes years of training too. That was my understanding for the most time. The Sequels destroyed that. Rei wasnt just able to use the Force, she was able to use techniques that she cant have known how to use them. That made me realize that nobody working on Star Wars has any idea anymore what a Force User actually is. Jedi are just the most prominent Force users, thats why its easy to blame it just on them. But for me atleast, it isnt the Jedi, its the Force itself that the people at Lucas Arts have no clue anymore how to write about it
The issue as stated is that the jedi are being applied as a lazy band-aid. They think slapping it on will fix all issues and thus they door a worse job thinking the band-aid will fix it all. At this point it is like hacking off the legs of someone and then putting hello kitty band-aid on each leg and complaining at the man with the hacked off legs for not being able to walk.
The whole making Sabine a Jedi thing made me like her a whole lot less. It took a while for me to warm up to her in Rebels but what made me a fan of the character was when Rebels did the opposite of Ahsoka. Kanaan trained Sabine to use the Darksaber back in Rebels and it was implied she had Force potential but they went completely in the other direction. When Sabine got frustrated by Ezra and Kanaan's Force abilities, she actively compensated for her lack of such abilities with Mando tech. Retractable cord for pulling her weapon back to her hand from a distance, repulsor gauntlets to imitate a close range Force push etc. In both Canon and Legends, the Mandos are supposed to be skilled enough to match Jedi, so seeing a Mando reject the Jedi stuff and imitate it with tech was great. Also a perfect fit for Sabine as a tech and weapon specialist. Showed that you don't need to be a space wizard to be a badass in this setting, which is always appreciated. Making Sabine a Jedi just spits in the face of all of that. The fact she seems to have completely dropped her counter Jedi tech based way of fighting in favor of Force abilities she explicitly cannot use for most of the series feels incredibly out of character for her. If it had to be done, why not have her relying on her old tricks only to slowly be stripped of all the toys and end up in a situation where she can't rely on substitutes and has to learn to use the Force? It would be far more true to her character and feel a lot more impactful imo. Prefer she be kept as the tech based counter Jedi but if she had to become a Jedi it could've been done better than this. Though I'll give Sabine this much, she didn't need to have a returning male character nerfed into the ground and written out of character to make her look better like Rey did. Adult Ezra feels like an older version of who he always was and his refusal of his old saber was followed by one of the rare demonstrations that a skilled enough Jedi or Sith really doesn't need one in most cases and makes sense considering how long Ezra had to manage without one. He's no Skywalker who could save the day solo without breaking a sweat, he's a cocky little shit all grown up and wanting to show off, even when it's not the best idea. That's Ezra and I hope he's kept more true to his character than Sabine going forward. You'd think this wouldn't be an issue considering Dave Filoni wrote all this stuff but much as I love him at his best, in Ahsoka he seems to have forgotten that the main character always held her sabers with a reverse grip as both a kid and adult, with external media specifying that it was a habit Anakin failed to break her of. Because in her own show, Ahsoka uses a standard grip 90% of the time and Anakin briefly uses a reverse grip against her. Damn it Dave how do you fuck that up?
Well for Star Wars Online, it was a mixture of Sony Online Entertainment and Lucasarts looking at the massive success of World of Warcraft, and noticing that if they wanted to stay competitive they had to change. Or so was the thought process behind it. It had the exact opposite effect and the game went from slow decline to uncontrollable nosedive.
It's easy to fix mitaclorians, how ever you spell that, just turn them into a bacteria that thrives in high force inviroments, like say creatures that the force is strong with maybe, and actually have no affect on using the force but become a fair indicator for finding people capable of learning to.

Andor is how the Star Wars galaxy is supposed to look like 90% of the time. Jedi are an extreme minority of the galaxy's population even before Order 66. Seeing them everywhere and everytime is a distorted view of this universe.
Excellent point.
In the prequels we saw them in the jedi temple and battles that the jedi where directly involved with thats 2 locations
@OG-ColorfulAbyss. its still 2 locations and specifically focusing on the movies
When Auralnauts makes better parody series than the shows themselves, there are definitely issues!

Well, religion is pretty frowned upon in this day and age.
The problem is these characters are Jedi in name only.

There are definitely websites...
There are unofficial servers going for the original game I think. Might want to search for it. The game was called Star Wars Galaxies. I actually ran a guild of about 200 people on there. You could also construct whole cities yourself, using player structures.

@@denofabsurdity Everyone has the force, but not everyone can use it. That's what the concept of Midi-chlorians were created.

Literally Lucas made the prequels to push an agenda
Sabin was freaking *ruined* be making her a “Jedi” (or force sensitive in general really)
(This was established in the Rebels series, multiple times.)

Lightsabers and the force are *cool,* and so fans will swallow *a great deal* of average storytelling, then drink in Star Wars’ (admittedly) solid world building, blend the two together with gratuitous amounts of *headcanon,* then discuss these as if they are actual arguments for the substantive quality of the Star Wars *story.*
What they don’t realize is that the substantive fiction being better in the past *is why* they, to this day, prefer the original trilogy, the world building is why they appreciate the prequels, and all of this is why the sequels and most content since get thrown into the discount bin.
The problem is not that the fans only understand it on a shallow level, but rather the creators.

It is because Filoni wants more of his toys to be Jedi. He has never cared about any rules other than making his characters better than everyone.
I like how Han's "that's not how the force works" continues to be the only relevant clip from the sequel trilogy.
When everyone is special, no one is special.

Kyp Durron, Dorsk 82, there were many others who were all wonderful characters that were engaging to read about. I miss those days.

I wish Sabine STAYED a Mandolorian to add Variety.
@@conradojavier7547 FR!
The Rebels cast was totally ruined in the show which is a shame.
Turns out Sabine is force sensitive but Ahsoka shut her off from the force because order 66.... I know 🙄
Neat how a mandolorian who was born after Order 66 was issued needed to be protected from Order 66, despite not being a Jedi.
When did Ahsoka even learn anything about being a jedi, didn't she quit really early on and abandon it all?
Yes, she did. Rebels even played on that. Vader: “Revenge is not the jedi way.” Ahsoka: “I’m no jedi.”
Using a quote from Syndrome, “And when everyone’s super, no one will be”. Disney is real-life Syndrome.
i'm one of the few that wants to see dogfights. the whole damn franchise has 3 good dogfights. 2 from the og movies and the rogue one. star wars =/= flipping psychic monks. prequels to me proved that not even lucas cared about dogfights.
Two options:
A) a horrendously written show with bad characters, plot, world building, no planning ahead/foreshadowing etc. but Jedi / Sith in it (Ahsoka)
B) a well written show with a coherent, sound plot, engaging characters / character dynamics, clear arcs and planning etc. but no Jedi / Sith in it (Andor)
i think the large majority would agree that B is a better option than A for star wars on any level.
When it comes to sarcasm, the English variety is the gold standard.
Spot on about the fall of Star Wars Galaxies.
We need to go back to WWII grit Star Wars like the 20th Century Fox timeline, not this Marvel superhero character development Star Wars in the Disney timeline.
even when i love the game jedi fallen order and jedi survivor, I think we still miss all the non Jedi Star Wars games. I hope ubisoft is doing it right with star wars outlaws. But still this remembers me how much I miss the vision of star wars 1313
