My Damocles is very useful to get Pedestal Pool easily
-Every 7s, Destiny Sword (a Damocles variant) takes a heart from you
-but every time he picks up a coin, he not only prevents him from attacking you but also compensates you with Pedestals
-Each coin gives you 0.4s to continue collecting coins and thus obtain a better pedestal
-1 coin is a quality 0 pedestal
5 coins is quality 1
15 coins is quality 2
25 coins is quality 3
and 65 coins is quality 4

Had this mod idea come to me in a dream: Curse of the Prescription makes it so that whatever pill you take first on a floor is the only type of pill you'll find for the rest of that floor. It could be good-- think a floor's worth of tears ups-- or it could be bad-- a floor's worth of bad trip. I think it’d be a fun challenge to have it every floor and be forced to take every pill you find (unless it would kill you mayhaps?)

Mattman, you actually can go to curse rooms with T. Keeper. You need to press pause button and see, is curse room can give you any type of heal/coins/etc. if it cant, just use invincibility frames to get out from curse room. Of course do it when you sure if you won’t skill issue.

Day 6 of asking, hey Matt, I have 2 really good ideas for both angel and devil items. The Angel one is called Spear of the Guide (Kinda of a mix between knife and Spear of destiny, its name is referring to the Holy Ghost who acts as a guide)
Basically it has the basic stab but instead of the moms knife throw it has a way longer charge and when it’s throw it does what conquest does when he summons a bunch of clones but instead of clones of you it’s clones of the spear that fly past the screen. The Devil item is called the Axe of the Punisher (An executioner’s axe) It’s charge ability slams it into the ground and causes the ground to shoot out rocks in 3 directions kinda like the Rocky hosts in mines. Its tap ability would just be a slam with no rocks.

Hey Matt, A challenge idea for you, go Jacob and Esau, pick up 3 strawmans, if all strawmans die in one floor You lost, but if one survives to the next floor, you can revive them.(btw, u have to go kill the Beast, and keepers have to at least pick up 3 items for the entire run, if the keeper picks up an item and dies it doesn't count, it has to stay alive, And if you want to make the challenge a little easier, start with Damocles and 1 extra life)
