I miss the hot air balloon and air show held in Battle Creek Michigan every year over the 4th of July week. Moved from MI to AL and that is my one and only regret, missing that show. The U.S. Thunderbirds performed many many years there. Love air shows and fireworks, thanks for sharing this fun adventure!
I did the 60 hour a week thing for a couple to years to pay down some Child support. Worst memories of my life..lol The fact you walked away from the 50 hour a week job of misery is a true testament to sensibility . You realized early enough and while you were still agile and healthy enough to grab life by the coattails and ride the fun. .... Thats how i lived life for almost 40 years since i turned 18. Financial outlooks are not great now but you take it with ya anyway..

I'm 40 miles south of Louisville and you visited Louisville on the only day that it's on its best behavior. It's not a bad city it's just the last 3 years have not been the best. I'm glad however that you enjoyed the city and hope you visit Kentucky more often. Your videos are great!

Another coffee treat is Speedway gas stations. They usually have a machine that grinds the beans and brews your coffee for about a $ buck if you bring your own mug for refill. Best gas station coffee for sure. And I think every seventh cup is free and 11 cents off per gallon when using their rewards program!
Hi Christine, I just recently started watching your videos. They have been so inspiring to me. I have been wanting to go car camping since 2021. Instead, life took a different turn and I have had to put my caming on hold. Today I packed a lunch to eat in my car and went for a drive to see a movie. It's been several months since I have had some time for myself and several years since I had gone to a movie. I plan on getting out now more often and doing some day trips. I thought about you today and how you live each day to the fullest. Happy Travels 😊
