If it wasn't for the constant overuse of the amen break sample which is decades out of date at this point, and does not suit the compositions or the genre at all, this OST would be 10/10. RIP Umemoto i still love you mate.

There's a lot more to a track than a drum beat. There is certainly a lot more going on this track than a drum beat. To the point I'd say where you'd hardly notice it. Unless your ears were trained to hear it.

(altho ryu made music for some other cave games like akai katana and special mode in espgaluda 2 i think)
