Trying to determine the main difference between the JS2 and 3 if they both have 3 out ports... why would I choose the JS3 over simply making use of the ground-lifted direct out on the 2? For reference, I'm looking to split my mic in studio to two mic ins on the same interface.
Can I use this to split my mic signal that goes to foh and feed it into my key largo as per my keyboards…..then take a monitor out feed and have control over my vocal and keyboard mix in my monitor?
Very helpful--thanks!

Can this be used to sum 2 microphones into one preamp?
No. One mic signal to 3 separate destinations at once
Can I use this to run a 2nd mic pre..I have 2 and I would like to use this to cancel out going behind my gear to switch them out
Yes, but they also have a Cherrypicker for exactly this purpose. #Radial
