I hate how In almost every song there’s always a part where the horns are always playing something completely different from the melody and it barley matches with the song and then other times there the most important in the band

What they is that it is a level 2 piece of music to play so therefore it's not a hard piece to learn.

When they are talking about grades in music is there are four grades/levels of pieces of music. 1 is obviously for first year players where it is very easy, then you go to level two which is a bit more difficult, after that you go to level three which is getting challenging and is meant for high middle school and a typical high school band. After all of those you get to level four music which is extremely difficult and is meant for high high school bands and college+ bands.
