So much potential. Beautiful paint, love the black treatment including the wheels. Great layout. Very forward looking design. But then you walk inside. And what awaits there? The same old tired browns and beiges that almost every motorhome manufacturer in the country just can't break away from. Relative to decor, the European and Asian manufacturers are years ahead of Thor and the rest of domestic RV manufacturers.
Finally!!! this is a great floor plan. Love the bathroom as well. Would be great if you can update the bathrooms on the Vegas models to be like this :)
Just arrived home with this gorgeous 2024 Thor Vegas 26.1 with the Black Jack Euro paint scheme. Going through things quietly tonight and discovering lots of cool features. Was fun to have strangers walk up and make positive comments when we stopped at a gas station. The Black Jack paint scheme and matte black wheels give a unique “Euro”appearance. We found this 2024 on FB Marketplace with only 2,700 miles, located only 30 miles from us, so we made a fast purchase in order to try a small motor home.
Thor made some nice upgrades which were long overdue. The tablet style central control panel is key. Bravo! The antiquated and obsolete Coleman-Mach hvac just plain stunk. Too bad about the 30 amp service. 50 amp is the only way to go on this; it needs a second a/c unit in the bedroom. Take this to AZ, FLA or TX, and you're going to roast back there. A nice 13,500 BTU unit would have been perfect. You'll have to leave the Godzilla V8 running, because you'll need that extra a/c up front. Too bad we did not get to see the drop down bunk, or hear its weight limit. Plus, I hope the tank capacities have been increased; always a weak point if you want to do even some mild boondocking like Harvest Hosts. Bringing a water bladder can be a pain. One could tolerate the shower curtain, but it looks like hell. A sliding plastic door is much preferable, and doesn't weigh alot. Overall, a really nice job by Thor. Depending on price, it could be a tough choice between this and Coachmen's new Euro motorhome.
Could not have picked a worse color. Nice Brinkley copy in exterior design, copied to a tee. Love the exterior built in Griddle. Nice overall exterior storage and better placement of the gen and water heater. Not one slam latch, just all those nasty finger pincher latches. Diesel option would be great. Very nice driver cab for the husband and wife. Love the swivel seats.your a smaller guy than average and that recliner is just too small. Over neat for a single person and or two teenagers that are a couple or two friends very young.
Leveling?......NO. Unfortunately, the only electric Jacks that come with the unit are "stabilizing" electric jack - NOT leveling and no option for Leveling.

I was gonna say the same thing. They like dullness i guess
Stove needs to be upgraded to a "induction cooktop" stove. Forget the gas. Improve safety also.
Very nice for a small class A MH.

Thanks for sharing and welcome to the Thor Motor Coach Family!! Happy camping.
Really like this floor plan. Only comment/suggestion is to position the TV so that it is viewable from the more comfortable theater/recliner seating.
Looks good

The outdoor shower next to the power plug ? Well. That’s just an accident waiting to happen

Definitely upgrad for the Vegas. You need to use the same cabinet’s in all of your class c and a’s.
The curved cabinets inside are gorgeous.
Looks like the grease drip pan on the back side of the outside griddle might be hard to access. Can you comment on that?
Love it all except the shower curtain
If I buy one of these, I will replace curtain with a Nautilus roll-top “door”. Would be nice if that change would be made.
@@SlackerWannaB was thinking same thing
What is estimated mpg, gas tank size,
Are hydraulic leveling jacks an option?

Very nice !!! Two things that are a no for me, shower curtain 😢 and theater seats, not power and way too small. !!!
How does this sleep 4? Thanks
I believe he said there is a bunk that drops down in the cab area (above the driver's seat).
Bunk above the cab. However the rated capacity is 250 lb so not really a 2 person bed

Looked like it had a tow hitch.
7:14 that’s what she said. 😅
Title says 26.1 but description says 24.1

Would love to see the traditional Class C eliminated by all manufacturers in favor of this style.
