Man the camera tracking is so impressively well done! I would love to see not only how you generate the camera track, but (most importantly) how you then re-create it inside the game engine, that's the part that's blowing my mind. Re-creating the perspective like that is seriously impressive.
Most of the scenes are shot with a static camera. In the video editor, I track the background objects of the original Pink Guy scenes and link the footage from the game to them.
@@eli_handle_bwav have you ever considered trying to do it in engine using source filmmaker or something?
@@sticks_stuff No, but I think I will someday. Because in Garry's mode, many animations are broken and this forces me to shoot in the original game or abandon the idea for the scene altogether.
