I used to work with a woman who doused herself with Angel. I felt nauseated every time I worked with her, and that was in a dental office! It was like bad cigars and dirty patchouli, gross!

This is good. We all have our own nose. One perfume I never liked is (Mugler Angel). It smells bad to me. I don't know why... but every since I was a kid. First time I smelled it smelled horrible to me like B.O. 😂
My kid's gifted me perfume for Mother's Day, and one of them was this sent! I couldn't bare it and immediately my mouth started watering like I was going to throw up. La vie est belle smells stunning on my best friend!!! On me it smells like dirty patchouli. Missing person smells basic, it's that clean girl frag that everyone has a version of. However, I love white musk by the body shop. Fragrance is so subjective...lol.
Awww, lol I love Missing Person! It works on me. I love Phlur’s Mood Ring too. Missing Person is also a less is more skin scent perfume. It’s meant to be a “there but not there” scent which creates that missing someone feeling when you smell it. I can’t wear Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 😂 it’s the initial powdery opening on my skin. It’s like expired shaving cream. But I have to wait for the dry down for it to smell good and it takes about 20 minutes. That doesn’t work for me. Eilish does that weird thing on my skin too. Can’t wear that either. And YSL Libre (anything YSL actually) literally makes me feel nauseous. Something in their formula for their perfumes makes me feel sick and that’s fine. Easier for me to bypass and not even look at a house for perfumes to consider 😊
La Vie Est Belle is definitely a hate for me too! The first time I smelled it, it was a brief encounter and I asked the customer what kind of perfume it was. She was a regular at the store I worked in at the time and she actually came back in and gave me a sample bottle. It did not mix well with my skin and it gave me a headache! I love sweet scents as well, but this one is SICKLY sweet. Had a coworker that wore it too...couldn't stand to be around her for very long! The projection was SO intense.

There was one on this list that I do like, but I totally agree with the statements made lol 😂 I can't think of any fragrances I've tried in recent years that I am repulsed by. I always spray the testers on a paper card FIRST before spraying on my skin, to prevent any of those mishaps where you're counting the minutes until you can SCRUB IT OFF lol However, a guy friend of mine had a funny experience with a men's fragrance that belonged to his older brother, when decided to try it out- Stetson Original... when he tried it, it made him smell like Lemon Pledge!!! 🤣

I have re bought perfumes before..several times..thinking i would love them..and um, not so much. If i don't like it the first time means i won't like it later typically. There IS one exception! I tried VS Velvet Petals and it smelled like Dr Pepper on me..ik, it sounds crazy. But i did try it again and now it smells so pretty! Does NOT smell anything like DP lol!! To me now it smells just like a creamy light floral. And i am NOT a floral girl..but Velvet Petals is really nice! 🥰💜

FENTY is it’s own perfume. It’s not sweet smelling that’s the problem. FENTY is a beautiful grown woman perfume that would never smell good on a grandmother. It would smell like she’s trying too hard. Not a little girl lollipop candy smelling perfume either. That seems the theme of what’s actually liked. The more you mature, the more your nose changes.

The perfume I hate and think it really reeks is Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden. I hate Diptyque Philosykos on myself for some reason it reeks and smell really chemical and synthetic on me but totally gorgeous on my friend 🥺
Ive been on a scent journey the last year and I am continually ordering samples or going to Ulta. I was sent Burberry Her free and I hated it; I know a lot of people like it but the fruitiness was too much for me. Still looking for the perfect long lasting scent. I do like the Idol range from Lancome.
Have you tried Replica perfumes? They last a long time on the skin which is bad if it’s a scent you don’t like lol Their sample set for $40 is pretty good if you want to test out a bunch of scents.

I feel the same way about Yara. I haven't found any fragrances from Lattafa that I like.
Yara is amazing!!! The dry down is beautiful, but it took some time, it grew on me because in the beginning i didn't like it.

I keep trying House of Sillage Minnie Mouse because everyone else loves it but it’s sickeningly sweet to me. Glad I got a sample first.
La vie e belle gives me headache it's just too heavy and gives you this unfresh feeling. The same Victor and roll flowerbomb, these are similar scents.

2: Vanilla Sex: strong bitter almond. smells like an old folks home. Worst vanilla I’ve ever smelled in my life.
3. Donna Born in Roma: Extremely peppery
4. Sweet like candy: I thought this would be up my lane cus I loooove sweet, but it’s not sweet to me 😭 it’s tart! Annoyingly tart!
5. Ysl Libre: it borderline makes me sick. I think I really don’t like it because I don’t like orange blossom. It makes me sick. Reminds me of 1.

I did not like Fenty either! It’s very off putting to me. I also hate D&G Light Blue, which I know people love but it’s just so basic and boring to me.
I have re bought perfumes before..several times..thinking i would love them..and um, not so much. If i don't like it the first time means i won't like it later typically.
There IS one exception! I tried VS Velvet Petals and it smelled like Dr Pepper on me..ik, it sounds crazy. But i did try it again and now it smells so pretty! Does NOT smell anything like DP lol!! To me now it smells just like a creamy light floral. And i am NOT a floral girl..but Velvet Petals is really nice! 🥰💜
The WORST smelling perfume to me is Clinique Aromatics Elixir..smells like nasty, sweaty old lady..it makes me gag anytime i smell it on anyone. BARF!! 🤢🤮

To me, "Missing Person" is an incredibly creepy name. If they truly meant missing someone, it would be called something like "Missing You" "Thoughts of You" "Longing for You" "Love Missed." This just sounds like a violent grizzly crime case. Gross.

FENTY is it’s own perfume. It’s not sweet smelling that’s the problem. FENTY is a beautiful grown woman perfume that would never smell good on a grandmother. It would smell like she’s trying too hard. Not a little girl lollipop candy smelling perfume either. That seems the theme of what’s actually liked. The more you mature, the more your nose changes.

I think when I first smelled the perfume right out the bottle it doesn’t smell good to me. When I smell it on my skin, as opposed to paper, it smells much better.

My most hated perfume is this one: Souvenir Floral Bouquet Afnan, suposly a dupe for delina, which I never smelled. I really hope delina doesn't smell like that because I hated it so much lol
I hate Good Girl, Cloud, Aura, Red Door, Shalimar, hypnotic poison, Classique, Voce Viva, white diamonds and Chanel No. 5; ufff...felt good to get that off my chest.
OMG I forgot about White Diamonds. It's absolutely terrible. A neighbor gave it to me when I was a little kid & I accidentally spilled it in my mom's car. Pretty sure it's burned into both our noses for life.

Missing Person smells like dirty, sweaty skin! TO MY NOSE. It smells like when you go for a walk outside and come back in and smell like “outside.” Along with Rosie by Rosie Jane. Same exact smell

The perfume I hate and think it really reeks is Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden.
I hate Diptyque Philosykos on myself for some reason it reeks and smell really chemical and synthetic on me but totally gorgeous on my friend 🥺
Ive been on a scent journey the last year and I am continually ordering samples or going to Ulta. I was sent Burberry Her free and I hated it; I know a lot of people like it but the fruitiness was too much for me. Still looking for the perfect long lasting scent. I do like the Idol range from Lancome.
Have you tried Replica perfumes? They last a long time on the skin which is bad if it’s a scent you don’t like lol
Their sample set for $40 is pretty good if you want to test out a bunch of scents.
